Walking distance from picturesque Merri River and boating facility which is renowned for brown trout fishing,
A new Recreation Reserve which overlooks the Merri river has a children play ground, electric barbecues & WC this facility is within walking distance of the apartment with local Rowing,Kayak and Lawn Bowls club's being near by,
Tower Hill Wildlife & Nature Park is approx 10km with renowned town of Port Fairy a further 13km westerly on the Princess Highway, The apartment is disability & wheelchair friendly with no stepping/ramps including wide open shower's to bathrooms and en-suites,Bedding can be arranged to suit large family's or extra guests as might be required where possible,each bedding areas have private bathrooms with queen size and single beds set as required for our guests
The apartment is centrally heated throughout and thermostatically controlled also air conditioning for summertime comfort, there is a 50" 3D TV with theatre sound plus 3D blue ray DVD, Sony hifi CD player with Bluetooth and 250 CDs set in the main living room also has TV's in kitchen/dining, Mezzanine/children retreat & bed sitter room.

N.B. Internal Music Hifi & stereo sound system must have sound volume turned down to an appropriate level after 10pm as not to interfere with our nearby neighbours, approval is required to have additional guests and or visitors not previously booked staying at AP88. Arrival time from 3pm. with departure 10.00 unless alternative times have been approved on request, Wifi is available free with off street parking for multiple vehicles,

Logan Beach Whale Sanctuary is a gracious to watch the whales during our winter period with Southern Right whales traveling from Antartica to have their young along our beach line.

Meet koalas, emus, kangaroos,wallabies and many species of waterbirds roaming freely in Tower Hill State Game Reserve, which sits inside an extinct volcano formed some 30,000 years ago.
Declared Victoria's first National Park in 1892, Tower Hill is the ideal place for visitors to experience the Australian bush, enjoy magnificent scenery and landscapes while getting up close and personal with some of Australia's most iconic native birds and animals including emus, koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas and seasonal reptiles.
The Reserve and its plethora of wildlife provides visitors with the rare opportunity to witness animals at close range in their natural habitat. This, combined with guided tours to learn about Aboriginal history and cultural heritage provides a unique eco-tourism experience.
Worn Gundidj guided tours are available everyday at 11am and 1pm. Attractions on offer include walking tracks, picnic facilities and lookouts.
