Here guests can truly relax and unwind, surrounded by the astonishing natural beauty and charm on offer.

With the addition of a second living area and a large open plan kitchen and dining area, you will never be short of space in this beautiful home.

Keep warm during winter months with underfloor heating, oil-filled radiators, and the cosy ambience of the gas fireplace. During summer, simply pull open the doors and windows and breathe in the fresh mountain air, whilst making the most of this home`s well designed indoor/outdoor flow, beautiful entertaining and al fresco dining and area and its rustic outdoor fireplace.

There is a playground for the kids and tennis courts at the end of the street too!

Guests will have access to the whole property exclusively.

Majordomo (the property management team for this home) will be available to guests via phone and email from the time of booking through until the end of your stay. We may also meet you at the property to check you in and give you a quick orientation.

3 minutes drive to Queenstown Central and Five Mile, with restaurants, cafes and shops on your doorstep. 10-15 minute drive to Both Queenstown and Arrowtown, and public bus stop very close by giving easy access without a rental vehicle. Uber now available in Queenstown.

Please note: the outdoor fireplace cannot be used between 1st November - 1st April due to the fire risk.
All children and infants are included in the total guest count - maximum number of guests should not exceed that specified on this listing, including all infants. Any bookings made exceeding the maximum number of guests will be cancelled.

A refundable security deposit will be charged to your card prior to your check in. This is a MajorDomo requirement of booking. The deposit value is usually equivalant to the cost of 1 night - we will advise you of the exact figure in your confirmation email.
