Host was very friendly to work with , rooms were nice , pool was shut down more than it was open which was a disappointment but was fun when we did get to use it all for 10 minutes . Food places were good, beach was beautiful and it is like a 3 minute walk from room to beach.

Place was super clean! Love that you get 4 free passes to water park! Easy communication when needed. Hiccup with check-in but once sorted, all was great!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, though we did have trouble getting the room cooled to our liking on the first night. Some extra perks that we didn't realize would be there were use of a beach wagon and beach chairs, as well as filtered water in the fridge dispenser. The waterpark was fun for a couple hours here and there, and it wasn't crowded at all, likely due to our choice to always travel with our kids in September. All in all, this was a great property for a family vacation.

We've stayed here multiple times and its never a disappointment. We always enjoy watching the dolphins and occasional manatee from the balcony.

Great spot!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. My teens loved the waterpark and enjoyed going there everyday. We also loved how close we were to the beach and restaurants. Great little spot and will be visiting again!

Amazing views, great condo!

Had an amazing time! The location was perfect and we did the water park and the gulf beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a short drive for shopping and groceries!
