The house was clean, centrally located, had everything you might need available and the host responded immediately. We agreed we would stay here again if ever in Bismarck again.
Becca was very responsive and let us check in early which was so nice! Had so many extra amenities a person could need which made which made our stay all the more better!

I am grateful that the amenities were useful to you! Thank you for trusting me with your stay!☺️
This house worked great due to it's convenience to all areas of the Bismarck/Mandan area. We had everything we needed to keep kids busy and get our rest.
Becca is a wonderful host! This place has everything that you could possibly need. We truly enjoyed our stay & only wish that we could have stayed longer.
Really wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. The owner thought of every amenity that we could possibly need! My children want to stay here anytime we are in Bismarck!
Host and property was great! VRBO ap and communication was terrible. I tried to change the check out date and didn't work.I have paid full amount and still have no assurance that I will get refunded for the one day early check out.
A home that is perfect for guests that need king size beds! Cozy, quiet neighborhood of 'old Bismarck'. Host is superb with communications within minutes. A great stay in our former stomping grounds of Bismarck. ;)
Becca’s house is amazing!
It’s conveniently located and easy to get to even if you’re unfamiliar with Bismarck. It was fully stocked with everything you might need. We stayed in January and the home was still beautifully decorated for Christmas! We would absolutely stay here again!
Becca was a wonderful host. She was helpful with all information requested.
The kitchen is stocked well for cooking meals.
It was nice to have an outside area to use.
We had such a lovely stay at Split Rock. Becca thought of everything. It is very well stocked. The home is so cute and cozy. Thank you, Becca! 😊
Just wish I had better luck in coordinating with the host to pick up an item I left behind.
This year we traveled to Bismarck to spend Easter with our daughters who attend UMary. We were looking for a comfortable space where we could all gather for meals and socializing with our daughters and their friends. This home was a great find. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood near the capital. It was an easy drive to both the university as well as stores and restaurants. The gathering space and furnishings were comfortable. We will definitely consider renting this property during any future visits to the Bismarck area.
Becca’s place was overall a very nice and comfortable stay. (Also very pretty decorated.) The “extra care “ she put into the house was very noticeable with everything we needed. Everything was very well organized and marked and the Coffee Bar was something looked forward to in the mornings. The back yard was a tad bit small and very close to the next door neighbor, but we made it work! The patio table and chairs and little bird house were a nice touch. Loved that each bedroom had its own TV and also a TV in the main living area for group movie night!

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
house was okay. the site said garage but could not use it because of all the household furniture and other things inside. Besides there wasn't any remote for it. The host encouraged the guest to leave any unwanted food,to put in the cupboard, which we found to have all outdated food by 2 to 3 years old, half empty jars of syrup, half empty jars of peanut butter, all outdated by years., same with the coffee bar, coffee, teas, cappicino was all out dated. The patio look like it had not been cleaned in a very long time, very dirty.. The patio furniture had green mold on the chairs, it was not useable. The host said there was an indoor camera, which kinda freaked us out. and there was no outdoor camera, because we found it in a drawer. The outside, around the house had very tall vegetation growing. would not recommend this house

Thank you for your feedback. While we appreciate all guest input, we’d like to clarify a few things for future travelers.
The garage is currently used for household storage and is not advertised as available for vehicle use. We’ll review the listing to ensure this is clear going forward.
The pantry items are part of a “leave what you don’t use” system we offer as a courtesy. While most guests appreciate having access to extra staples, we’ll be taking extra steps to remove anything out of date.
As for the patio, it is an outdoor space and exposed to the elements. We do clean it regularly, but weather and vegetation can affect its appearance between guests. The patio furniture does have some grass stains, and the cushion fabric is notoriously difficult to fully clean, though the furniture is safe and functional.
Regarding the mention of an indoor camera — there is no camera inside the home. What you saw is actually a motion sensor connected to a security alarm system. We value our guests’ privacy and would never install recording devices inside the home.
While we regret that this stay didn’t meet your expectations, we strive to offer a clean, comfortable space, and that continues to be reflected in the majority of our guest feedback.
Thank you again for staying with us.
