Summary:
Welcome to "Eliza Cottage" a beautifully furnished, fully equipped historic home, perfect for families, couples, or corporate groups. Combining heritage charm with modern comforts, it offers character-filled spaces that are both stylish and comfortable. Located on the outskirts of North Hobart, it’s an ideal base for exploring the city, with the CBD just a short walk away, giving you easy access to all that Hobart has to offer.
The Space:
You will find the two downstairs bedrooms are spacious with storage and a luxurious feel. There is a Queen bed in one and Double in the other with some lovely original features, including ornamental fireplaces and furnished with fantastic antique pieces. The combined main lounge and dining room leads onto the kitchen. There is an additional sitting room with a vast selection of books and some games for the rainy days. The laundry with washing machine and the updated bathroom and separate toilet are also on the lower level.
Upstairs is the kids zone! Twin single beds in the third attic bedroom, and there is an additional lounge / playroom for the smaller members of your family which gives you time to relax and enjoy some parent time. There is also an outdoor courtyard/verandah which is the perfect private spot on a sunny afternoon and off street parking for up to two vehicles.
