Rosedale House Apartment Mansfield

Rosedale House Apartment is well appointed to make you feel at home. Fully self contained, with the exclusive use of one bedroom within the house and the large kitchen and living area, sleeping up to four. Base rate is for one bedroom (2 -4 guests); an additional king bedroom can be arranged with the owner, allowing accommodation for up to 6 guests. All bedrooms have a king bed; single trundles are available. The full house (4 bedrooms) is also available under a separate listing of Rosedale House.
Your well behaved dog is also welcome to join you for your stay.

All linen & towels are supplied. Self-cater in the well equipped kitchen, or enjoy the great local pubs and restaurants.

Rosedale House is a beautiful homestead-style house situated on the outskirts of Mansfield in North East Victoria’s magnificent High Country. Although a short stroll to the centre of town, you will enjoy the tranquility of country living on 5 acres of farmland with peaceful rural views. The property is a 45 minute drive from the ski resorts of Mt Buller and Mt Stirling and just a 15 minute drive to the shores of Lake Eildon or wonderful cool mountain-fed rivers.

Whether you’re cycling, snow skiing, four wheel driving, fishing, horse riding, boating or touring breweries, gin distillery, wineries and indulging in gourmet local produce, the Apartment at Rosedale House is the perfect base for exploring the High Country year-round. On our doorstep are Mt Buller, Mt Stirling, Craig’s Hut, Lake Eildon, the Howqua and Delatite Rivers and Lake Nillahcootie. The Delatite Winery and breweries in Jamieson and Mansfield have delicious food and drink offerings.

The owners live on the property in private accommodation. We keep a low profile so that guests can enjoy their stay uninterrupted.

This place was utter bliss. Would like to go back soon.

Such a lovley place walked my dog around the property we both loved it. Ducks on the huge pond and lots birds and wild life. We wish we could have stayed longer was just so lovley quiet and relaxing. The goodies left for us just Devine. The house was spotless. Fire going when we arrived really really nice place would recommend to anyone going that way to stay there.😁.

Wow what a property. Everything has been thought of here. Spotlessly clean, views to die for, a hamper with local treats, naturally made soap products, fluffy towels and enough wood to keep you toasty all week long. Only 2km to town. Highly recommended.

Welcoming, Relaxing and Perfectly Appointed

We absolutely loved our stay at Rosedale House Apartment. The apartment was a pleasure to spend time in - beautifully appointed, a great, functional floor plan for our family, a full kitchen with all amenities required for cooking and dining, comfortable beds, and tranquil views of the surrounding fields and distant mountains. We were made to feel very welcome and the care taken to provide a quality accommodation option was very clear in the presentation of the apartment and little extras provided. The property is located on a quiet street but only a few minutes drive (or 25 minute walk) to Mansfield's shopping and dining precinct. We thoroughly recommend Rosedale House Apartment and hope to return soon.

Very nice venue

Nice owners with very good, pet friendly, property. Let down by attention to cleanliness detail, which is easily rectified. Cutlery was spotty and some crockery was chipped. Found discarded underwear in bathroom drawer.

The property was so serene, the house immaculate with everything needed and more. The welcome pack of goodies was a lovely surprise. Linda was fantastic! We arrived (as arranged with two cars and trailers) and nothing was an issue. She absolutely went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Thanks Gav and Jen
