Built in 2018, our modern 3 bedroom home can sleep 6 people with its 3 seperate bedrooms, making it ideal for travelling with couples or the whole family.
Take advantage of Lake Eildon being at full capacity on a warm sunny day with our home being only a 15 minute drive to Bonnie Doon and featuring a great kitchen/dining/living area with ample bench space and outdoor patio with bbq, making it perfect for spending a day on the water then relaxing with great company in our open plan entertaining area.
The private master bedroom is located at the rear of the house away from the other two bedrooms and includes a large walk in wardrobe and modest ensuite. Completely relax after a long day under the large rain shower head and heated lights for those colder winter days.
Two bedrooms are located at the front of the house on opposite sides of the hallway, one with a queen size bed and the other with two king single beds.
Each bedroom has blockout blinds and ceiling fans keeping the bedrooms at comfortable sleeping conditions.
Our light and bright open plan kitchen/dining/living area has ample bench space for food preparation or entertaining and every kitchen appliance you’d have in your own home.
Leading off the living area via the large triple stacker sliding door is a covered patio area with outdoor ceiling fan and bbq. The perfect little area to unwind and enjoy the afternoon sunsets whilst still being able to see the kids playing inside or outside.
You will have full access to the whole house, a small but secure yard and can park your car securely in the enclosed garage with internal house access.
Our home is just a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk to High Street where you’ll be spoilt for choice with the best cafes, great shops and local produce.
During winter, if the sights of snow interest you, Mount Buller is just a 40 minute drive where you’ll find the best cup of hot chocolate.

This house was absolutely gorgeous. Communication with our host was always prompt and helpful. Highly recommend this property for a holiday in beautiful Mansfield.
Had a wonderful time staying at this property with friends while visiting mt buller. Amanda had made sure all needs were taken care of and she was always prompt in responding to questions. Property was super clean n cosy.

Hi, I'm Amanda. I'm a wife and (cool) mum from the Yarra Valley in Victoria. My husband & I breed Highland Cattle on our farm and in our downtime enjoy wakeboarding & surfing on Lake Eildon. We have many of friends and family members residing in Mansfield and on weekends would always find ourselves gravitating to the area and the High Country so it only made sense to buy our first holiday house in the homely, country town we love the most.
