Our third stay at Nick's St Andrews Beach House, and again had a relaxing time with wonderful weather and close to great beaches. Perfect wind down from a busy year.
Our second time staying for a week over summer. Thoroughly enjojed the time again; great location, lovely house with a big yard for our little dog to explore. Nick responds quickly to any queries.
Nick was a great host, excellent communication and heaps of fantastic tips and reccomendations for things to do. Beautiful property to unplug and destress away from the city. Brought our dog and she had a great time in the huge backyard.
Thanks again!
Really loved our stay at St Andrews. This side of the peninsula is much quieter while still being close to the surf beaches, wineries and other places to visit across the peninsula. The house itself is tucked away. It is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The backyard is big enough for children or dogs to run about, and a freat picnic table that is perfect to simply relax with a glass of wine under the shade of the umbrella. Thanks for a lovely weekend!
Great place in a quiet area at a busy time of the year (Christmas)
Tidy, well laid out home with a large backyard that our little dog enjoyed, that was also very secure for a pet. Ideal for a relaxing break close to great beaches.
Very nice house in St Andrew’s Beach. Big backyard for classic cricket matches. Nice open fire to warm and relax by during the evenings.
Great please to relax, very quiet and tranquil.
St. Andrews is away from the hustle of bustle. It sets the tone to just relax. Your 10 mins from everywhere if you want to head out and about. The backyard was particularly popular for some backyard cricket. A lovely little getaway
We took 3 days to destress and clear our heads from the hustle of business life back in melbourne. St Andrews beach is the perfect spot to do this as it is very quiet and the property ticked all the boxes.
We loved our stay in St Andrews beach. The open fire and wood heater were perfect for this time of year. Kept us very cozy! The house was clean and the kitchen was really well equipped for meals at home when it was too cold to go out. Thank you :)
Property was beautiful. Two wood fires which kept place warm and cozy whilst we were there. Great location Clean quiet and private.
Will definitely stay again. Hassle free booking and check-in check-out. Everything at your fingertips would suit family or getaway with friends.

Would not stay again
The kitchen and dining are acceptable the bedrooms and bed are horrible and dusty . Had to take my daughter doctors upon our return she was covered in bumps bed are dirty and full of bed bugs . No extra blankets very uncomfortable beds . The living area has no comfortable seating .
For the price of the rental not worth a cent . The back of the house where the bedrooms bathroom is has a very strong odour .
Very uncomfortable overall

Thank you for your feedback.
We take great enjoyment in providing our guests, friends and family with a relaxing time away on the Mornington Peninsula and we value the feedback of those who have stayed at our home so we can provide an even better experience for those who stay in the future.
In this instance your feedback is not consistent with how our home was prepared for your stay and the experience of many guests who have stayed both before and after your stay. The positive experience of guests and the cleanliness of our home has been a regular feature in the feedback we have received and the reviews published.
The property is professionally cleaned ahead of each stay – floors vacuumed, surfaces disinfected and bedding laundered. Upon receiving your feedback we asked our cleaner to inspect our home with us and we were not able to identify any of the issues you have raised.
The living area is furnished with Tessa T4 and T21 lounge chairs – a classic Australian design that is very comfortable and homely.
99.9% of guests have been fantastic and a pleasure to host – unfortunately in this instance the house rules were not respected and you left the property in a less than ideal state upon check-out – this may be a motivating factor for the review.
I would value the opportunity to speak and learn from your experience.
All the best.
Nick
My family of 5 (3 teenagers) loved the home. Great living/kitchen areas with two wood fires. Huge garden to enjoy.
Close to the golf course and brewery which are just amazing.
To top it off, Nick would have to be the best host we’ve ever dealt with.
A lovely secluded property with a large back garden to enjoy. The house was extremely clean and well maintained with two lounge areas. Its location to wineries, the brewery and the back beach (10 minute walk) makes this place really inviting.
