Welcome to The Palm - the perfect Mudjimba Beach house for a laid-back holiday with family or friends where sun, surf and sand are the order of the day.

Hop and skip to surf, returning for a swim in the pool and a cocktail on the recliner chairs in your private cinema. This luxurious home is truly designed for maximum enjoyment of the enviable climate and pure relaxation; open-plan, light-filled layout flows seamlessly onto a covered poolside alfresco area where you can unwind to the sound of ocean.

The property is a Mudjimba oasis with:

Some parts were a little worn mainly light switches but nothing that affected our stay or enjoyment of the property.Media room got a great working out as did the pool which was heated. Probably didnt require heating due to being October but was a great stay and would definately do it again.

Beautifully decorated large holiday home

We had 5 adults and 4 children aged between 7 and 12 to celebrate a birthday. Stayed for 4 days and had a great time. Kids loved the pool and cinema also the beach and skatepark close by. The bbq and outdoor area was a great place for all the family. Enjoyed our stay in a lovely home.

Great house for a large group like we had. Nice quiet neighbourhood close to the beach. Beautiful clean house with comfortable beds. Disappointed with the communication about the broken projector. This would have been great to use on the rainy stay that we had. I understand that things break but was disappointed about the lack of communication. The fridge in the barbecue area still needs repair. This temperature is fine for a wine storage fridge but nowhere near cold enough to store drinks. We needed to get ice and eskies. The smart fridge has all the bells and whistles, but the ice and water dispenser are very dodgy. Great pool and outside shower. Excellent for from the kitchen to the dining area and outside BBQ area. Cool games room and party box. More positives than negatives. Great stay.

Superb home in spectacular location

We absolutely loved staying at Tom and Susannah’s lovely home with everything you could want in a luxurious holiday away! The house was immaculate, with spacious bedrooms, gorgeous bathrooms and the cinema room was absolute treat for kids and adults alike. We made good use of the swimming pool too, would highly recommend this house for a big family or to share with another family. It is also a short walk to the beautiful beach and Mudjimba shops. The only slight drawback is the occasional plane taking off overhead but this is the nature of being so conveniently located near the airport. However with older kids and being out and about, it didn’t bother us. All together a fantastic stay! Thank you

We booked The Palm for my Birthday celebration last week and are so happy we did. This spacious house is both beautifully and generously appointed. The photos are a true representation and it comfortably sleeps 10 people. It's a secure property with a choice of coffee shops, organics, restaurants and take away food close by. There's plenty to do - lay by the pool, play pool, watch a movie on guest Netflix in the cinema room and the family bathroom has a full size bath.We had 3 small children with us and really appreciated the supply plates/cups, etc, for little people and the range of toys and bicycles for kids of all ages (the ride to Mudjimba beach is only a few streets away). If, like me, you're a serious foodie, you'll love the kitchen - it's very well appointed and I didn't need half the utensils I took with me and with 4 cooks preparing all meals together - we had plenty of room to move. Loved the walk in pantry - more food prep space and heaps of grocery storage.We can highly recommend booking The Palm for a family gathering or getting the gang together to create memories. Sadly, we didn't stay long enough but will definitely be back. Our tip, make sure you're get in first in and claim the master bedroom for your stay - it's stunning! Very happy overall with our stay. However pool had not been cleared of debris on the pool floor as there was no automatic pool cleaner. Also had problem with fridge near BBQ which required us to use our eskies & purchase ice, but understandable as just bad luck.
