Cozy cabin

This was a great little place for our family this Christmas! The teens were able to stay in the main cabin and stay up playing games all night while we were able to escape to the guest cabin to sleep. We hope to stay here again during our visit next year.

Perfect, Quiet getaway Cabin & Cabinita

We got lucky to find this little gem a stone's throw from the river/reservoir that comfortably sleeps 8 people. A nice 35 minute scenic drive to West Yellowstone where we spent most of our time during our stay. The hosts were great and we hope to come again in future !!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was a great place to recharge after long days in Yellowstone. Playing in the water after a hard day of hiking was so refreshing. The guest house was so nice. The update looks so good. We feared that the lack of A/C would be a problem during a heat wave. But it just wasn't.

This property way exceeded our expectations.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness, organization, and quality of furniture and appliances. The owners have thought of everything. The cabin was fully stocked with everything needed to make an enjoyable trip. We were even greeted with a welcome basket. Even though the cabin did not have air-conditioning we stayed very comfortable because of all the shade around the homes. There was plenty of parking for two vehicles a 24 foot trailer and a boat. We will definitely be staying here again

We were very excited about our stay, and at first glance the house really impressed us. The location was great, the check-in process was smooth, and the space itself seemed welcoming and well-suited for our trip. It felt like it had the potential to be a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, things quickly became difficult due to significant plumbing issues. Basic activities like cooking, cleaning, and showering turned into daily challenges, which made it hard for us to truly enjoy the house. On top of that, the towels provided were below standard, with several having visible stains, which was disappointing. While Jan stayed in communication with us, these problems persisted and caused a lot of inconvenience. This property has great potential, but without addressing the plumbing and cleanliness issues, it falls short of being the comfortable and enjoyable stay we had hoped for.

We want our guests to walk into a home that’s fully ready for a relaxing, comfortable stay, and we’re sorry to hear things didn’t unfold that way during your visit. After sending your feedback to the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:– A broken water pipe under the cabin caused the plumbing issues during your visit, though we weren’t aware of it at the time. The water line has since been replaced, and the issue has been fixed.– We were testing out a set of microfiber towels during your stay, but they didn’t meet our usual standards. While none were found to have stains, we’ve since returned to our more luxurious towels.Thanks for your honest feedback as we work to keep raising the bar for future guests.

Guest Cabin issue

Overall the cabin was just as advertised. The place was clean and we enjoyed our stay. I was a little irritated at the constant reminders that if everything was not tended to just right there'd be additional fees charged. Who knows why they even charge a cleaning fee. Other than laundry there was nothing left to clean. The real issue was the guest cabin. I don't know if it was a skunk that had lived, or was living there, or if it was pack rats underneath. The place simply smelled awful. Terrible skunk smell that you couldn't get away from. Actually made you sick having to sleep in it. They've got to get that fixed. Made for a very unpleasant stay. Me and my boy slept there so the girls didn't have to suffer that smell. Also, check-in and check-out instructions online were different than those listed on their fridge in the house. Just a little inconvenient for that. Would have given the place a 4.5 rating if it wasn't for the skunk smell. If they could fix that, we'd probably look at staying again some time.

Yes, I would stay here again!

Well equipped units! The separate bedroom cabin is great. Son and daughter-in-law stay there. We stayed in the main cabin. The Big sky country is huge. You are many miles from typical services. It's a great kitchen to cook in so bring the ingredients! Nice array of pans and the basic spices and sauces. Good Wi-Fi coverage, but no Verizon phone calls..... Yes that was nice in many ways 😃 Thanks Jeters!

Perfect Yellowstone Stay!

Our stay was wonderful! This was our first time visiting Yellowstone and this property was the perfect distance for our trip. The host was very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed to use the amenities offered and their wonderful guest contact/cleaner gave us pointers prior to arrival to make the best of our stay. I have stayed at quite a few properties and this was by far my favorite one. The property was clean and had enough linens and towels for everyone. We were able to use the firepit and BBQ with everything needed already provided at the property which was a plus. We are already thinking of coming back!
