The Penthouse is the ONLY 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath penthouse condominium at the Divi Resort and contains everything you and your family would possibly need for a fabulous vacation just steps from gorgeous Eagle Beach! No extra resort fees!

The Penthouse is located on the first class Divi Village Golf & Beach resort and is just a few minutes leisurely walk through the resort to the most beautiful, yet uncrowded beach on Aruba, and is directly across from the resort's main infinity pool with swim up bar and water slides!

Because the Penthouse is located in a first class full service resort and not just a 'condo complex' (as is every other condo for rent in Aruba), you have all the added extras you won't get from staying at a non-resort property! You have access to all of the pools, beach huts with loungers and towels, beach bars, restaurants, gym, tennis courts, concierge desk and all resort activities. Golf on a great 9 hole course is also available at a residents' rate with fun weekly tournaments if you choose.

You will have the peace of mind knowing you will be taken care of if you need anything like a refill of the gas can for the BBQ or if there is a drippy faucet, etc, all you have to do is call the front desk. In addition, the penthouse local manager will also take great care of you, can do pre arrival grocery shopping, and is your contact on the island to make sure everything about your stay is perfect!

In addition to its spacious and beautifully decorated interior, what makes the Penthouse completely unique is its totally private second floor terrace - it is the perfect spot on the island to watch the famous Aruban sunsets, relax in your own private jacuzzi and grill out under the stars!

On the first floor of the Penthouse, in addition to two spacious ensuite bedrooms with luxury bedding decorated with local art, there is a large and comfortable living, a dining room and fully equipped kitchen. This area also has great outdoor space, as it opens onto two balconies with seating overlooking the golf course and a lovely stream. It is a wonderful area for birdwatching!

The master suite on the main floor has a king bed, walk in closet, flat screen TV, large marble master bath with double granite sinks, huge double rain shower and separate toilet and bidet room. The second bedroom on the main floor has a king sized bed, which is convertible into two twin beds upon request, walk in closet, flat screen TV, and private bath with rain shower.

On the top floor of the Penthouse, you will find the third beautiful private bedroom, with direct access to the deck and a comfy king bed. Also upstairs, but not connected to the bedroom is a 3rd full bath with rain shower. There is a large upstairs 'great room'. with a flat screen TV, wet bar with refrigerator, and lots of spaces for lounging. There is a comfortable sofa bed upstairs which many families use for kids to create a great family space!

The Penthouse private terrace is the largest at the Divi, and has breathtaking views of the golf course and ocean with a sunset view, so you can enjoy the wonderful Aruban breezes and sunshine during the day and stargazing at night! It is attractively landscaped with local palms and plants, with comfortable upholstered seating areas, sunning lounges, hammocks, a shade trellis, a dining table which seats 8 comfortably, and a professional standard gas grill. And the terrace is DIRECTLY accessible from the penthouse interior! From the upstairs living and bedroom area, simply walk out onto your private terrace and hop in the Jacuzzi, flop in a hammock or watch the sunset from your choice of several comfy couches with a beverage from the wet bar! The two levels of the Penthouse are connected with an interior spiral staircase, with EXCLUSIVE elevator to the terrace as well. State of the art lighting makes the evenings on the Penthouse terrace especially wonderful!

The penthouse is a short 1 minute stroll from the main infinity pool at the Divi with swim-up bar, cafe for lunch by the pool and children's areas with water slide. Spectacular Eagle Beach is less than a 5 minute walk or you can hop on the free golf cart shuttle that the Divi runs constantly around the resort which you can pick up right outside our door. The penthouse is stocked with everything you need to enable you to just show up, unpack your swimsuit and hit the beaches! There is a fully stocked “beach closet” with lots of different size coolers, beach toys and chairs & floats for your use.

Everything is included in your stay, other than greens fees for golf, there are no extra resort fees! The Divi Owners Residences at the Divi Links Resort are luxury condominiums which enjoy the full benefits of the Divi Resort including restaurants, golf, tennis, fitness centre, swim up pool bar, etc. The beach has beach huts and loungers free to our guests. Unlike at other condos for rent on Aruba, you won't have to lug your own chairs to the beach or pay to rent them every day. Just bring your towel (also provided free by the Divi) and cooler (which we provide)! The nine hole golf course is exceptionally well maintained, with weekly tournaments and specials and you can also take lessons. Additionally, there are 5 tennis courts, non motorized water sports, a brand new fitness center with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean and beach, and a rock climbing wall for the kids. In addition to the fun beach bars on Eagle Beach, there are many dining options on the resort, both casual and upscale.
