No TV

Had no TV in living room and master bedroom. Contacted property manager who said we were supposed to get 10% discount and told us to call Directtv. We never received notice about nonworking tv and 10% discount from Evolve Vacation Rental. Contacted Evolve who was extremely rude and insisted they sent a notice. Evolve refused to assist so contacted property manager who said was property owner and would request Evolve give discount. Did not hear or receive anything so contacted owner again who said would request Evolve refund that day. Finally received refund, less than 10% of the total amount paid. A pittance for not having TV 3 nights!! Would never ever rent from Evolve Vacation Rentals again!! Extremely unprofessional and RUDE!! DO NOT RENT FROM EVOLVE VACATION RENTALS!!!!

Our records show that Evolve reached out to you via email a month and a half prior to your stay to make you aware that the TV would not be available during your stay. We offered you the opportunity to cancel your reservation with a full refund or to keep your reservation with a 10% discount to make up for the inconvenience of not having this amenity available to you, because we did not hear back from you, you were issued a refund in the amount promised of a 10% refund. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Great place, great location

First time staying at this specific place, but have stayed at Zuni six times. Love the location for easy access to places north such as Abiquiu, Ghost Ranch, Taos. Well-equipped kitchen, clean comfortable furnishings with a definite feel of New Mexico. Good views of Sunset. Would definitely return.

Very Quiet and Restful

Away from downtown, but close enough to drive and explore. We were out of state, here for a wedding. Plenty of space for 2 couples. Everything was clean. Parking right outside the unit. A few steps to the entry, and then 2 small flights of stairs inside. First flight to the kitchen and second flight to the bedrooms, bathroom and smaller living area. Very peaceful.

Peaceful and Beautiful

Perfect stay if you are looking for a peaceful vacation, but still close to Santa Fe. The location itself is beautiful, sunrise and sunsets are stunning. Very peaceful and quiet. The house/condo was a perfect place to post up and relax. It is very clean and welcoming, had everything needed to grill/cook dinner. Highly recommend this stay. The drive to Santa Fe was only 15-20 minutes.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We never had contact with the owner but information provided before arriving was sufficient. Had our stay been longer, we would have liked to have spent some time walking around the property and surrounding area. Location was secluded (what we were looking for) yet close enough to many of the things we wanted to do.

Pueblo Encantado is a little slice of heaven!

Great stay as always in this peaceful and beautiful place. This unit was Very well- equipped Including a new barbecue, spotless and a great location for watching sunrises and sunsets from one of its 3 patios. Love the place so much we now have bought our own unit!!

Beautiful location.

We enjoyed our visit and were a little sad to leave. If we had one wish, it would be that the height of the steps were a little lower, but we managed to navigate them fine. It was a very pleasant place to stay. I would visit again.

Best equipped house I ever rented.

The place was extremely lovely,equipped with all a person needed for a short or longer stay. The only negative was the upper windows in guest bedroom had no window shade or covering to block the sun. room darkening blinds would be the best option.I highly reccommend thease condos for a great stay near Sant Fe.
