Great Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Check-in and checkout were easy. The home is spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare large or small meals. The location is convenient for access to the city, restaurants, and other sights. I definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

We loved our long weekend here. Wish it could have been longer. Short walk to rail yard where farmers market had many amazing artists selling their beautiful creations. Choza is a great restaurant right down the street but get there early.

Lovely home. Very well kept.Clean! High end furniture & appliances. Tastefully decorated. Perfect for my friend’s German Shepherd! Walkable neighborhood for her & a nice park very close by. 2 walled courtyards to use. Wonderful Mexican restaurant at the end of the street! Within walking distance of downtown Santa Fe. Quiet! The only note is the stairs to the 2nd floor bedroom & bath are very steep. This 76yr old was able to navigate but I felt like I was climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro everyday,good workout!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay during the Santa Fe Century and we were only a few blocks from the starting line. We were able to walk to the Plaza and Georgia O'Keefe Museum and great restaurants. The decor of the condo was tasteful SW, the beds were comfortable and the appliances were top of the line. We would stay here again.

Excellent Walkability

Really enjoyed my stay. I would just caution that any visitors who need the 2nd bedroom to be aware that the stairs are VERY steep and narrow. I’m a healthy and active 70 year old, and I was not comfortable on them. Luckily, I only needed one bedroom. The house is super nice, super clean and in a great location!

Conveniently located Santa Fe rental

The bed we slept on was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. Decor was nice. Stairs going up to second floor were very steep and the couch in the living room was very low to the ground - seems like there weren't any legs on couch so those two items were a bit physically challenging for us (we're seniors but in pretty good shape). We enjoyed the outdoor private spaces attached to the rental. Great dedicated parking spot and location of rental was very conveniently located near restaurants and downtown area.

Wonderful adobe property with very nice furnishings, the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The owners were very responsive when we arrived and found a couple of the lights in the kitchen needed to be replaced. The owners also recommended some great restaurants. I would caution anyone with mobility issues that there are 20 steps to reach the master bedroom on the second floor.

Nice Santa Fe Abode

Very nice and comfortable property. Enjoyed the fireplace. Beds were comfy. Very nicely appointed with two nice gifts that we very much enjoyed; nice touch. Walked to Breweries and along the railroad. Also walking distance from Tomasitas. Handy to have Whole Foods nearby and the host even left us shopping bags to use to avoid any fees. Kitchen had everything you would need for cooking and lots of coffee options supplied by the host. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Positives: Host was great. It was super central to the activities we wanted to do, very easy to access. Negatives: It was really hard to cool the upstairs, even with the shades drawn. The AC unit was super loud and made it hard to sleep at night.

Perfect space

Our Evolve point person went out of her way to ensure our stay went smoothly. We loved this perfect home with an upstairs desk and downstairs table large enough for six-and two separate private outdoor spaces- so we could host his parents comfortably over the weekend in the downstairs bedroom and all hang out in the main room talking, and each of us work/take calls in comfortable privacy during the week. Wonderfully comfortable bed/bedding upstairs, and a location central to everything. It was September so we didn't need it on all the time, but when we did, the A/C worked great to quickly cool the rooms.

Great Location for Sisters Trip

This was the perfect location for a sisters trip to Santa Fe. The facility was more than enough space (bedrooms, kitchen, living area) for all of us with a much-appreciated parking space. Exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and a nicely appointed kitchen. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location near the Railyard, with its brewery’s and restaurants nearby, but also in a nice quiet neighborhood. Walkable to downtown plaza area in 15-20 minutes. Very convenient location and a nice, pleasant place to stay.

Perfect Location

This condo is within walking distance from the Railyard and several galleries and shops. It was clean, and the beds were very comfy. We did have some problems figuring out the heat, but it was good once we did. The heated floors kept our feet warm, as it was pretty cold while we were there. I would stay there again!
