About this property

Family cottage just outside Old Colorado City

Our cottage is a comfy, fifties era house tucked on a back street in Old Colorado City, minutes from Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Downtown Colorado Springs.

At 850 sq. ft., this three bedroom home is kid friendly and quiet, prefect for resting and resetting after a day of hiking, climbing, shopping or business meetings.

The kitchen and dining areas are small, but have everything you need for an extended stay. Nespresso coffee and tea are provided.
Guest access

Guest may access the entire house and yard. We're in process of making the backyard ready for summer cookout. Right now it's just a nice place to sit and enjoy the quiet night air!
Other things to note

Still working on the yard space. It's not in good shape:/ the grass died so I'm improving the landscape this summer. Backyard grill and seating coming soon!
