Welcome to our beautiful home! Spacious and safe locked off lower level of 5000 square foot home (DOWNSTAIRS ONLY-empty nest owners reside on the top floor out of the way) tucked away in the foothills of Colorado Springs, but yet close to everything including world famous Broadmoor Hotel, golf courses, hiking, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, biking, park, Historic Manitou Springs and much more. Enjoy the breathtaking views & abundant wildlife. Large (locked off) living area, foosball table, dart board, bbq & large outdoor patio for entertaining. Kitchenette with larger refrigerator, large toaster oven, microwave, Keurig and coffee maker.
If working while playing, enjoy the safety of dedicated internet service. We always have at least 48 hours in between guests to allow time for cleaning, washing linens and sanitizing. We do take our cleaning seriously with the Covid pandemic. Home owners are vaccinated.

We charge a low $85 cleaning fee to cover time and costs to wash all linens, clean bathrooms and kitchen, vacuum etc. You are on vacation you will not be expected to clean or do laundry while you stay at our home.

We have lived in Colorado Springs for most of our lives and can help assist with any restaurant or entertainment recommendations to make your vacation a memorable one.

Friends Getaway Weekend

2 other friends and I stayed for a long weekend while participating in a local race event. The hosts and hospitality were exceptional. Not only were the facilities exactly what we needed (separate bedrooms along with common area amenities), the hosts made sure we had the resources to ensure a great stay (as an example - laundry help and use of the hose to wash our muddy shoes!). The hosts were always available to help with any questions. Would definitely recommend and stay again the next time we’re in the area.

Easily a 10/10

I am grateful to have found this booking. The host Will and Kat were so friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. The neighborhood is nice & quiet and the view from the backyard is beautiful! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to move around inside & out (3 adults 2 teens). If we ever come back to Colorado, we will book here again! I recommend booking here for the best views and experience.

Week Long Trip in Colorado Springs

Had a great time. The place was super nice and the view was spectacular. Owners were very accommodating and always ready if you needed something. Would stay again.

Great location

Location to many activities and attractions couldn’t be better. Communicating with owners was best I’ve had at any stay and their unit was exactly what my family and I needed. Beautiful area!

We had a wonderful stay here! Clean, plenty of room, stocked with everything we could possibly need. The owners were friendly and communicative. They even let us check in early and had the whole place ready for us when we arrived. Great location with gorgeous views. Felt like home away from home! We will definitely be back.

Home in the hills

Attractive, clean and well -organized house.The owners anticipated our needs, and even helped me when I had difficulty finding the house at first due to road construction. It felt like staying at a friend's home.

Outstanding Property and Location

My Wife, Son and Grandson stayed at this property while visiting the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs and the North Pole Amusement Park above Manitou Springs. The property is in a wonderful and peaceful location and close to the Zoo. While the property has no full kitchen the owner stocks the kitchenette very well and has everything you need . Will was very helpful and proactive and ensured we had a great stay. We will definetely stay here again when back in the Colorado Springs area.

Colorado Springs Rental

We had a great stay at Will & Kat’s, the property was clean and had gorgeous views. Kat provided s’mores for my kids and they are such a nice couple. We enjoyed visiting with Will. We highly recommend this property.

Absolutley wonderful!

We have stayed at many VRBO properties with our young family but have never felt so comfortable as we did as this house! It was very clean, had all the amenities, not to mention toys, bed rails, plug in covers and a beautiful backyard all to us. Will and Kat were gracious hosts! LOVELY STAY

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful property. It is very spacious and its location is perfect. We used it as a base to enjoy the Colorado Springs area and found there was everything we needed: cooler, backpack, Brita water, snacks, umbrellas, coffee, etc. We are planning a return. Perfect location with a view

This is a great place to stay with a great view. I was a little skeptical at first staying at the home with the owners present. They were not a bother at all and were very helpful when needed. I think my only surprise was no full kitchen but that was totally my fault for not reading the description correctly on the listing. I would definitely stay here again with my family of 4!

Wonderful Stay

I don't think I could have found a better place to stay. It was beyond my expectations. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the owners provided many little extras to make our stay enjoyable (including the deer in the backyard). I will certainly recommend this to anyone, and I will plan to stay again when I return to Colorado Springs.

Enjoyable stay

The lodgings were comfortable, well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. The host left us snacks which were particularly welcome as we had travel delays and arrived late. Tea, coffee, and even breakfast sandwiches were provided! The bed and linens were so comfortable. We also enjoyed having our coffee on the patio. The location was convenient to Manitou, Garden of the Gods and other attractions. Loved our stay and will book again.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The owners went above and beyond to make our stay great. The home was clean and beautiful with a wonderful outside seating area. Amazing!

This was my first time using Vrbo and I hit a home run when I chose this property. It is in a great neighborhood with amazing views and amenities. Very close to the mountains with a beautiful skyline. Saw deer outside our front window every morning. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Kat and Will were very welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Colorado Springs Retreat

Will and Kat’s house was perfect for our family of four. It was a quiet retreat after a long active day around town. Their place is well appointed with thoughtful amenities and the backyard was the perfect place to start each day. Our hosts communicated very well and offered their help to us as needed! Symposium VRBO

The property was a good size, comfortable, a good location for us close to the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Beds were comfortable, and there was ample work space on the table in the main room. There were lots of things to do, if we had time to do them. Our hosts left us bananas and other treats, which were much appreciated when the flight was quite delayed and all of the restaurants were closed when we arrived. The hosts were there to greet us, and were friendly and helpful
