Bella Vita @ Yarrawonga

Bella Vita is a character house situated a short stroll to the lake, restaurants and the main retail precinct. It is a spacious 4 bedroom house (Lounge converts to 5th Bedroom with pull out double sofa bed) suitable for a couple of families
Well furnished, it comprises 2 bathrooms(NOTE- 1 shower only in property), open plan kitchen and dining, laundry and 2 living rooms. The larger of the lounge rooms opens out to the perfect alfresco dining area - the large undercover verandah where you can enjoy your BBQ's and watch the children and pooch play in the back yard.
This property can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children. Linen supplied.
Creature comforts like bluray player, TV's and WIFI.
There is loads of off street parking for your cars, boat trailers etc.
Pet friendly property preferably outdoors however speak with us to confirm indoor suitability.
Smoking is only permitted outside.

About Yarrawonga

The Lake Mulwala Foreshore and boat ramp is approximately an 8 minute walk from Bella Vita. At the Foreshore you will find the local swimming area and paddleboat (water slide and kiosk are open during the summer months).
The main street of Yarrawonga which has many lovely Restaurants, Cafes, Take away food outlets and hotels for either a spot of breakfast, lunch or dinner is a 10 minute walk from Bella Vita. We have provided some of the take away menus in this folder for your convenience.
The three local Clubs located over the water in Mulwala are all accessible via free courtesy buses run by each club. Both Club Mulwala and Mulwala Ski Club have live music most weekends; please contact the individual clubs for more details.

Although the premises would be ideal for a large family we (the wife and I and our small dog) found it to be ideal for freedom of movement and we were able to relax for the weeks stay.Dominic was the perfect host and met the couple of minor cliches we had with a prompt and friendly response.

Dominic was super responsive to any questions we had.House was perfect for large family group, although whilst 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets only one shower so another shower would be handy, beautiful bath for the toddlers.The back deck needs attention for safety reasons.All in all would definitely stay here again.

The stay was good but all the outside flooring has the nails popping out with bare feet you cut your feet on them and the house needs a little tlc as the ceiling looks like it’s going to fall down in the kitchen. The bath runs the water out when it’s full and the plug is closed. There should be a ramp for easy access as I had a family member come and visit and we had to sit outside as we couldn’t get them in the house. It would be good to have 2 showers as we had 10 people and 1 shower so it takes a long time for everyone to get a shower.

House is rather old and it shows when you arrive. Bathrooms and Kitchen renovated, that's it.Only one shower across two bathrooms so wasn't ideal for six of us.Only positive would be the location. 10min walk to shops, pubs, cafes.

The property was easy to find and was roomy for a group of friends but only having one shower made it tricky for 6 people. Kitchen is great and laundry was very helpful. We had an issue and the owner dealt with it promptly.

Lovely family weekend away

This was our second visit to Bella Vita. It's a great home base for a family weekend in Yarrawonga. Very well located - walking distance to Lake Mulwala and the town - and a comfortable spacious home. We enjoyed watching a storm come through from the front verandah and eating breakfast on the back deck while watching the cockatoos gather in the tree above us. A lovely weekend away.

Wonderful Location and Comfortable Home

We had a fabulous stay in Yarrawonga. The house was well appointed with plenty of space for our 2 families consisting of 4 adults and 5 children aged between 4 -10. We didn't realise that the 4th bed in the kids' room was a trundle and that there was only 1 shower (ensuite with bath only), but this did not dampen our stay at all. Dominic was easily contactable and incredibly helpful when we needed some assistance. The house was easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants of the main street and the splash park and swimming pool on the foreshore. The aircon was very effective and appreciated for our January stay. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great New Year's Break

Lovely spacious home that was easily able to cater for our family and two dogs. Two living spaces allowed our teenagers to set up their gaming system and gave us plenty of space to relax and catch up with family that visited from the area. The kitchen was excellent and was well-equipped. It was an easy walk to the water and into town in a very quiet street. We caught the New Year's Eve 9.30pm fireworks on the lake and returned to a nice cool home as the air conditioning was excellent. A very relaxing stay.
