"Colonnades" is ideal for families or groups, and is furnished with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine, a reverse-cycle split system air-conditioner, heaters in all bedrooms and ceiling fans in some rooms. There is also off-street parking for several vehicles, plus a boat.
Also, the upper level living area and Queen bedroom both open onto a spacious sun deck, equipped with a gas bbq and some comfy sun-lounges for those lazy summer afternoons. Top this off with a huge, fully fenced yard for the kids to play in, and you have the perfect holiday getaway.

There are two wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners in each living area, 1 ceiling fan in the main bedroom plus four additional stand-alone fans and 3 portable heaters which can be used where required.

This home has 5 beds plus 1 day bed and 1 trundle bed, accommodating up to 12 guests:

Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, * check in times * are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional * linen hire * over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Although a really nice place and a wonderful spot, a little maintenance on the property is required to give it a safer feel. The short walk to the beach and to the shops was perfect for our family stay.

Colonnades
Clean & fresh. Close to beach, shops & eateries. Air Conditioning in kitchen/living area not working. Very uncomfortable on hot days. Photos showed tri-bunk but not in any bedrooms. Bed in upstairs living area needs fixing. Otherwise well suited to our group with 3 bathrooms & 5 bedrooms. Should say 2 king beds, 3 queens so that you have the appropriate bedding.
My above rating says it all. We were very pleased with the accommodation. Walking distance to the beach, the shops and Tavern. We certainly will book this place again and again.
Great location and a perfect well set out house for a holiday. With 3 separate sleeping areas and 3 retreat spaces you really don’t get in each other’s way. Lots of on site parking and short walk to the beach.
