Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the WaterColor Beach Club. It features a main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well as an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Spacious, cool and luxurious, "Heart's Desire" is designed to evoke the quintessential Seaside vacation. Located in WaterColor's Crossing District, this picture-perfect cottage sleeps 14, with two primary bedrooms - one up and one down - with private baths in the main house, and two upstairs double bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bath. The private carriage house adds a fifth bedroom hideaway with its own kitchen, living room and bath. Professionally decorated, the open floor plan of "Heart's Desire" welcomes you with a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen flowing into the dining and living room that leads you to a wraparound porch overlooking the heated pool and spa . At the top of the stairs is a landing with a pull-out sofa and TV, a perfect nook for kids or an afternoon nap. Enjoy sunbathing by the pool by day and stargazing at night while you soak in the spa. Relax with an early morning cup of coffee on the screened porch while watching the outdoor TV or have a a cool drink on the front porch letting time stand still. A 6-seater golf cart is available for your use at Heart's Desire, convenient and fun for quick trips and easy parking on jaunts to the beach or downtown restaurants. Or just zip over to the nearby Publix for your last minute grocery needs. This elegant and comfortable retreat is the perfect place to bring family and friends and create the Seaside memories of your own heart's desire.

Our stay at "Heart's Desire"

Our time there was pleasant. The house was perhaps less impressive than ones we've stayed in the past 13-years. Nevertheless, it was a great week, and 360 Blue was prompt in getting our oven repaired. I would recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy Watercolor.

Beautiful home!

Overall it was our best family vacation yet! We had a few issues the first day, but 360 was there the next day. Not enough towels and sheets for pullouts were missing. I sure wish watercolors would start up their beach towel service.

This was the most incredible house! We stay every year and this was my favorite we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Loved the decor - we felt like movie stars! The golf cart and heated pool and all the outdoor spaces and comfy interiors plus having all adult room accommodations make this property the perfect adult get away! No one had to sleep in a bunk room! Yay!! Every detail had been thought of!

Great house w/teens!

We loved this house and the layout. The carriage house above the garage was perfect for our 15 year old daughter and her friend. We also loved the front porch...perfect evening breeze! Only issue we had was the pool. From the heavy rain the pool was green and filled with algae for almost our entire stay. It took the management company a few days to fix. But otherwise, we highly recommend this house!

Absolutely lovely home! Loved the private pool! The location of the house was perfect! Nice little drive with the golf cart! Just a few things we noticed that needed attention. The previous guests left beer cans in the golf cart, and under the table so I don’t know if the cleaners overlooked it or just didn’t do a great job. Also a bunch of our dishes was very dirty. And we could never get the cable to work on the big tv in the living room. But overall it’s a great house and very comfortable! Love it!

Such a lovely home! We had a wonderful time, thank you! We brought a lot of kitchen items with us due to the holiday, but the kitchen was nicely equipped. Very thankful for the 2nd oven in the carriage house though. We do have a few suggestions/comments: 1. The area rugs (den and foyer especially) need rug pads ASAP! They were trip hazards and we constantly had to move chairs and coffee table to straighten it out to keep from tripping. 2. More dish towels in kitchen are needed. We only had one yellow/white one and had to use bath hand towels. 3. The upstairs thermostats wouldn’t allow us to make it cooler at night and so some were too warm while sleeping. 4. The couple who stayed in carriage house said the main door needs a shade!! Coming out of the bathroom leaves you fully exposed and they wished more privacy for that would have been provided. 5. The mattress in the carriage house was very soft. The couple said it was not very comfortable. They also had to call housekeeping upon arrival as that unit w

October 2021 Stay

This home was absolutely perfect. Ive been to 30a several times. This visit was for my daughters birthday. We had 4 adults and 4 children and the home was more than enough space for us. The heated pool came in handy at night after the beach club closed. The home was clean and very well maintained. The dishes were spotless and the pots and pans were in great condition. The kids loved the golf cart and it made getting around alot easier. We loved having so many pool options and the designated beach access was perfect as it was right next to the stand where you could rent beach chairs/umbrellas. There was a publix right up the street and we passed several food spots and food trucks on the way to the beach everyday which in the golf cart was a short 7 mins or so away. We really enjoyed this home and its location. the neighborhood was quiet, clean and welcoming. I definitely plan on staying at this home again.

Just know this….

We have used this rental company before and last year the unit was not ready at 4:00 we had to wait until 5:45 to get in. This year the unit was ready at 2:00 and we were told we had to wait till 4:00 to get in Literally sat I. The driveway for two hours. Offering them money to get in did not help, they stick to that checkin time. When we had to wait last year for because they were late did not even receive a apology. Business is too good for them.

Nice house in great location, however kind of spoiled by the extremely loud and extremely early construction work at the house next door which was not mentioned when we booked. Awoken by multiple trucks, banging, sawing and very, very loud music coming from the house for the first 3 days. Not cool.

Great house! Great location! Enjoyed a week’s stay in this beautiful house. The house is as pictured and described in the listing. The living room is large and perfect for family gathering. Bedrooms are comfortable. There is a bedroom on the first floor, which is nice if someone in the group/family has mobility limitations. Washer and dryer on site. Bikes (5) and golf cart (seats 6 adults) available. Tennis, beach, pools, kayaks, town center and grocery store all an easy bike or golf cart ride away. Loved biking around the neighborhood and to the town center then coming home and cooling off in the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our second year In a row that we have stayed in this house. The size is perfect for our party of 6, with plenty of room to spread out. Love the included golf cart and the pool is perfect for the kids. We had to deal with some pool issues, but 360 took care of it promptly. My only suggestion is to double check every detail before your guests arrive. I only get one vacation per year with my family and some want to be wasting valuable family time making phone calls and sending messages about issues. Added bonus - we are from St Louis and got to see our own STL Blues make history by winning the Stanley Cup in this house! TVs were excellent. We loved this house and plan on returning !

We had a great stay. The house was very nice and having a pool was perfect for all the kids. It would be helpful if at least a limited amount of personal items (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc) were provided for guests. Also, the electrical set up for the garage is faulty and would require us to constantly throw the breaker box to get the graham doors to open and shut. Other than those items we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property. Two families, 7 total young kids. From Texas.

April 2019 Stay

We had a great time staying at Heart's Desire for our wedding "Drakecation". The house was great - we took our wedding preparation photos at the house and loved the interior. The carriage house made it logistically easy with both sides of the bridal party, and we got to stay close to parents that way. We also really enjoyed having access to the golf cart and the bicycles. This made it easy to enjoy the great beach and town locations. Overall, would recommend and consider staying again!

Our family of 6 absolutely loved our time here! Born & raised in Florida i love the location of this property. The owners & management company keep this home in pristine shape. So many of the necessities that we brought were already here for our use! We had the pool heated during our stay & our granddaughters enjoyed it daily! Used the grill several times & it was perfect. No complaints whatsoever! Hoping to return again very soon!!

November 2017 Stay

After driving 5 hours of our 14 hour trip home, I realized I did not have my Rolex watch. I called the guest services number, explained what I had done and where I thought the watch would be. After a few frantic hours, Ali called to tell me they had found the watch. I asked them to mail it, insured and charge my credit charge with cost. They put it in the mail today, nov. 27 and I should get it on Wed. I really appreciate their concern and attention to this matter and am so grateful for honest housekeepers!!!! Carolyn

We usually spend most of our vacations in the Caribbean, but decided on a last minute trip to Watercolor/Seaside this time. What a gorgeous area! The sand and water definitely rival some of the best Caribbean beaches. The house (467 East Royal Fern) is beautiful and very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is spacious, the outdoor area is great (large screened in porch), and we appreciated the privacy in the back of the house (no neighbors behind us). We will definitely be coming back!

We love Watercolor! This is our second vacation there. We absolutely loved this house and location. The rooms are spacious and the beds were extremely comfy! The pool was great although the pump stopped working and we called to report it. They fixed it but it stopped working again. They sent someone again but it stopped working again. Definitely didn't stop the fun or would it prevent future visits just kinda frustrating to have to keep calling. Also loved the kitchen in this house! Great for large families!

May 2017 Stay

Thanks to your 360 Blue staff we had a great vacation. Our family of 12, ages 2 to 85 loved the home. It was a great location -- a short golf cart ride to the beach or Publix. The 12 seater golf cart, screened-in porch an pool were a real plus. The children loved the bikes too. I'd highly recommend this house.
