Studio 59 - Freycinet Holiday Houses

Studio 59 is a uniquely designed straw bale studio that looks onto stunning water views and distant forest. It is newly built and stylishly furbished with an open plan design and modern kitchenette.

There is a large elevated private sun deck where you can enjoy a BBQ and outdoor dining with a view looking out onto the Swan River and Moulting Lagoon. Just a 2 minute stroll to the beautiful Piper’s Beach where there are safe swimming beaches and great fishing spots.

This is the perfect accommodation for a couple looking for something unique where you can relax and enjoy your surroundings. Studio 59 is located in a quite beach community in Swanwick, just a 5 minute drive from Coles Bay and the Freycinet Nation Park where the famous Wineglass Bay is located.

Studio 59 is comfortably furnished and has an open plan kitchenette, dining, lounge and bedroom.
There are comfortable leather couches and a TV.

For your convenience there is a dish washer and a coffee pod machine is supplied for you to enjoy a little luxury while on your stay.

The extensive deck it also a fantastic place to star gaze at night.

Studio 59 has a private setting, it is attached to another dwelling, there is a shared driveway and car park.
Please note that you are left in privacy where you can thoroughly enjoy your stay.

Cosy, clean and with character

Very clean, quiet, comfortable place with character. Perfect for a couple.The coastline may have changed but the "nearby beach" was a bit tricky to access.

Beautiful area and studio

Excellent studio very well equipped and in a quiet area. Very large patio with a magnificent view. Close to several very beautiful beaches, magnificent hiking trails and good seafood restaurants. The Coles Bay area and the most beautiful region of Tasmania

Good, but missing the nice touches

Property is nice, but is missing the things you'd like to see - nice soaps, cooking things (i.e. oil, some basic bfast stuff, sauces), robes, etc. Although well appointed it missed the mark in terms of the little things that make staying in a rental nice. Easily improved.

Cosy Accomodation - Very close to Coles Bay

A very quiet and cosy accomodation with a beautiful sunny deck. Only a short drive to Coles bay, and only minutes to the beach for swimming or fishing.

Easy access and good directions. Brilliant service when in need of a gas bottle. Unfortunate lack of air conditioning and microwave but all in all great weekend getaway spot.

Great time in Coles Bay

Easy to find with the instructions sent. Great spot that is nice & quiet and perfect when exploring Freycinet N.P All the information in regards to the house, use of things such as oven & dishwasher was all clearly presented. Very clean with great space in living area. Good Kitchen facilities... just missing a microwave in my opinion. Overall a pleasent stay!

Beautiful place.

Stayed as a young couple. Beautiful rooms and clean. Lovely decorations and themes, making a warm, inviting environment. Kitchen very well stocked and modern. Private deck with herbs and BBQ - would have been an amazing relaxing place (weather permitting). Very short drive to the walks and wineglass bay lookout. Perfect for a short retreat and "base camp" to enjoy he walks in the area. Owner also very nice and supportive (warned us about flooding warnings nearby) Highly recommended.
