A stone's throw from beautiful Culburra Beach and only a short walk to local shops, cafes and restaurants, this luxury beach house is the perfect spot for a relaxing coastal holiday.
Recently renovated with luxury finishes throughout, Bombora Beach House has four bedrooms (9 separate beds) and three bathrooms. We welcome mature groups of families and couples.
Important - if every person requires a separate bed - then a maximum 9 people would be appropriate as only 9 seperate beds are available (this includes 1 king bed and 2 double beds).
As well as an impressive outdoor balcony where you can soak up the sun, sea breeze and ocean views, the house also features a truly amazing man cave, where both kids and kids at heart can be entertained regardless of the weather.
Close to Jervis Bay and the stunning Hyams Beach, as well as popular towns such as Berry, Huskinsson and Milton, Bombora Beach House is your ultimate luxury coastal retreat.

LOUNGE ROOM RETREAT:
The spacious lounge room retreat has a vaulted ceiling, huge 75" surround sound TV and super comfy large lounge for an amazing cinematic experience! The fireplace with lots of firewood is cosy warm in winter. You are able to use your Netflix subscription on the TV. The lounge room enjoys ocean views and gorgeous sunlight streaming in.
MAN CAVE:
Downstairs is a kick-ass Man Cave “The Bunka” perfect for kids (big and small) to be entertained throughout all types of weather and has a funky eclectic vibe! It has a home cinema consisting of a 75" surround sound TV with cosy reclining leather chairs (4). There is Play Station 3, pool table, ping pong table, dart board, very addictive ACDC pinball machine and Arcade game (4,600 retro games including Pacman/Street Fighter/Galaga that will bring you back to your childhood - if you were born in the 80s) as well as some of the later games and features 2 x tethered recoil guns for games such as buck hunt and Terminator 2.
Our guests loooove the Man Cave!! It really is a fun special time with family and friends.
Surf boards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fishing rods, bicycles, beach umbrella and yoga mat are available during your stay.
OUTDOOR BALCONY:
The spectacular outdoor balcony has cosy lounges, ceiling heaters and hanging egg chair overlooking ocean views towards Gerroa. Great for hanging out with coastal breezes, sound of waves, sunrises and sunsets!
KITCHEN:
The luxurious marble kitchen has Miele appliances to make your stay a breeze and a delight. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, oven, family sized fridge (a second fridge in man cave), dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, large flat sandwich press, food processors, Nutri Bullet, hand cake mixer, pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster plus alot of other cookware, platters, tea, coffee, sugar, spices, condiments and utensils you would normally have at home. There is a handy Bose soundlink speaker.
OUTDOOR DINING AREA:
Outdoor dining area has a five burner stainless steel beefeater BBQ for those adventurous weekend wanna be chefs. The area also has cosy ceiling heaters and a calming vertical garden wall.
BEDROOMS:
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower.
Upstairs level:
- Master bedroom with king bed, private ensuite and air con.
Middle level:
- Bedroom with double bed and single bed (1 bunk) and air con.
- Bedroom with 4 single beds (2 bunks) and air con.
- These rooms share a main bathroom on same level
Downstairs level:
- Bedroom with double bed and single bed (1 bunk), private ensuite and fan (no air con in this room).
We provide linen including bed sheets, blankets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. You just need to bring your own beach towels.
We have air conditioning throughout house - except the downstairs bedroom. There are fans in all bedrooms.
The house enjoys cool sea breezes, as all windows have louvres to encourage air flow. There are electric skylights in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom (master bedroom ensuite) that open to allow additional air flow.
There are so many things to do and see.
Start with the Shoalhaven Tourist guide but apart from that you should check out:
- Walk along Culburra Beach
- Shopping at Berry
- Lunch at Cupitt Winery
- Shopping/snorkelling at Huskisson and lunch at the Pub/Pavilion overlooking ocean view
- Dinner at Loco Lane Culburra Beach (funky Mexican place with great food and cocktails, very small place so book way ahead)
- Soak up the sun at nearby Callala Bay and Callala Beach
- Feed the stingrays at Bendalong
- Shoalhaven Zoo and adventure world
- Jervis Bay National Park
- Fishing
- Paddle boarding
- Golf at Shoalhaven Heads
- Shopping in Milton and Lunch at Bannister's in Mollymook

Bombora is located in a quiet street and is not available for Bucks nights, Hens nights, schoolies, parties or events.

We would also like to advise, we the owners will be staying in the separate dwelling next door to the house, so if you need anything we’ll be next door. You will have total privacy.

- Guests must specify prior to booking the purpose for the stay and who will be joining them (make up of the group including all ages and genders).
- Guests must have recommendations from other hosts.
- It is a requirement to provide an Australian Drivers Licence or Passport if you are from overseas immediately upon booking for us to comply with our short stay insurance policy to identify the tenants.
- Guests must sign a rental agreement contract at least 7 days prior to the booking date.
- A security bond of $3,000 may be required for certain stays. It is owner’s discretion whether this will be via Stayz or $3,000 cash deposit into owner’s bank account at least 3 days prior to the booking date.
- Bombora is located in a quiet street and is not available for Bucks nights or all male groups, Hens nights, schoolies, parties or events.
- No additional people allowed on the property than what is booked.
- Be advised the house has external security cameras around the perimeter. The footage can be used to prove numbers in attendance and if events have been held.
- Please respect the quiet neighbourhood and all external noise must stop by 10pm.
- Guests should not park or drive on the grass..
- Citrus items such as lemon, lime, as well as red wine may etch the marble bench tops in the kitchen and cause major damage. Any spills should be cleaned up immediately.
- No pets permitted on the property.
- When the sea breeze gets up, please carefully close the balcony glass door as it can slam - please take care.
- Before leaving please clean the BBQ with cleaning products provided to avoid additional $50 cleaning fee.

Why they chose this property
We searched up and down the east coast of NSW for a holiday house and we couldn't go past the beauty and quietness of Culburra. Culburra is a peninsula therefore there is only one road in and one road out so there is no through traffic that you might get at the other beaches so even on the biggest holidays you can be sure that you won't have the crowds at Culburra Beach.
