-Only 10 minute drive from Castlemaine, 20/25 minutes Daylesford/Hepburn and 1.5 hours from Melbourne.
- Minimum 2 night stay.
- Minimum 3 night stay for long weekends, 4 night stay for Easter, 3 nights for school holidays and 5 nights Christmas/New Year from December 17th to the 8th of January and minimum stay may apply for other peak periods.

- Check in strictly from 3pm and check out 10am (unless by prior arrangement, additional charge).
-Please note that our rate is only $225 per night the additional charges are from VRBO (this rate is for 1 or 2 guests and 1 bedroom, the 2nd bedroom or 3rd & 4th guest additional).
- Children UNDER the age of 2 years may stay in bedroom with parents without extra charge (must inform us there is a child staying), over this age the second bedroom is required.

- Any amounts charged from the refundable damage deposit money may incur a merchant fee, this fee is a VRBO fee (Unfortunately this cannot be absorbed by the owner).
