Two bedroom bungalow fully furnished with modern kitchen, 2 bathroom (extra shower & toilet in laundry) & laundry. Large family room. Each bedroom a queen size bed. There are two Futons (Sofa beds) in the living area that will accommodate 4 extra people. Air conditioned, BBQ facilities. Dishwater, Microwave, Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer, Ironing Board & Iron. 7 minute walk to Supa IGA, doctors, chemist,hotel, restaurants post office, newsagency , bakery & Petrol station. Ten minute drive to Golf course, Country Club, Restaurants. Huskisson is about a 20 minute drive where there is a great variety of restaurants & coffee shops. Fifteen minutes to shopping complex which includes Aldi, Woolworth's & many other variety stores & facilities. Twenty minutes to Jervis Bay Beaches which includes the famous Hyams Beach, Green Patch, Greenfields & many more. A short drive to Murrays beach which has a great boat ramp for launching your boat into Jervis Bay for some great fishing. There is also a boat ramp 1km away (5 minute drive to Basin View) where you can launch your boat into the Basin where you can enjoy lots of water sports including wake boarding, skiing, fishing & all types of water sports. Weather permitting you can anchor your boat in the water at the back of the property ready to begin or finish your day. Access by water or road to Sussex Inlet. This property is situated on a large block with ample parking for boats etc & lots of room to play. Great place for swimming, sailing, skiing, kayaking, fishing & prawning. Safe for children. A must is to enjoy the sunsets from the cabana. We are very close to them Wood Farm function centre just 3 minute drive away or a 10 minute short walk. After a big day either at the beach, fishing or other water sport it is great place to come back from the hustle & bustle and enjoy the relaxation by the waters edge from the cabana. BBQ facilities are also available on the cabana. THE PROPERTY IS CLEANED BY A PROFESSIONAL CLEANER USING ALL THE HYGIENE CLEANING PRODUCTS TO HELP KEEP THE PROPERTY SAFE FROM COVID.

Thanks Rhonda and Graham for your wonderfully hospitality. The kids loved the kayaks and the electronic monopoly set. The unit was perfect for our family of 6 and the shower down by the gazebo was very handy after swimming in the basin. Look forward to visiting again. Cameron, Cindy and family.

Clean and have everything you need

Highly recommended this place. Clean and well thoughtful preparation! Everything you need in your home, you can find in this place. Two bedrooms with TV, TV with Netflix, fast internet reception and many board games for kids! Will definitely come back!!! Rhonda and her husband are very friendly too!!!

Family holiday

Cabin was clean and tidy. It had all the amenities we needed. The queen beds were more like a double, if you like your space. Appreciated the use of the kayaks and the owner Graham was very helpful with these. Note the owners live on-site.

Perfect position

This property was perfect for my teen daughter and I, right on the waterfront, with kayaks and a cabana and BBQ. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Lots of board games and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very generous with toiletries, chocolates and a welcome bottle of wine.

We had a lovely time the place was clean and suited our group perfect & the kayaks were fantastic we had a lot of fun with those. The cabana is a great relaxing spot with lovely views and second bbq was great. Only problem is it’s not for the elderly or anyone with mobility problems as there are to many stairs down to the cabana

Our stay at GRON was the most enjoyable and relaxing time we have had in years. All the amenities you need in a neat and tidy holiday unit. Close to shops and a very family friendly pub. The fishing and being able to keep the boat at the back of the unit was very handy. Rhonda and Graham are the greatest hosts and very easy to deal with. AAA+++. Would definitely stay again.

My husband & myself have retired to the south coast within the past 5 years. We have 3 adults & 4 grandchildren who enjoying spending time with us at our home.

Why they chose this property

Our property has been in our family for many years & we did holiday here & our children holidayed here before we purchased the property from my mother. We now live here & we have the bungalow which we holiday rent so our guests can enjoy the great times we have had over the years. Our children still come with our grandchildren who can't wait to come to enjoy the fishing, canoeing, tubing & water skiing or just laying about & relaxing to enjoy the tranquil area environment.

What makes this property unique

The bungalow has all facilities just like home but with a holiday relaxing feeling. It is separate from our house which makes it private for all guests but close enough if you require help with other facilities. Lots of room to park your cars & boats also a great area for the family to play.
Great for all water sports & safe to anchor your boat weather permitting allowing you to begin your day with no hassles.
