Just a short walk across the street to Pelican Beach. Take a stroll down the road to the Seabrook Island's clubhouse, two championship golf courses, Beach Club pools, or to dine at Pelican's Nest. Luxury and convenience make it the perfect vacation home!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome has been professionally decorated. On the entry deck, relax with a cool drink at the bistro table while grilling dinner. Step into the home, where you can leave your beach towels and flip flops at the bench surrounded by shiplap siding. You'll notice the hardwood floors, high ceilings, and spectacular lighting in the great room. Make yourself comfortable around the 60" Smart TV mounted over custom cabinetry. Windows surround this room allowing sunlight to brighten and views to the tropical landscape beyond. Dine around the farm table that seats six while eating meals cooked in the beautiful new kitchen. Highlights include a light blue shiplap ceiling, stainless appliances, softly honed marble countertops and an island with counter seating for four. Store your groceries in the pantry. The laundry closet has a stacked front load HE washer and dryer. Sliding doors lead to a screened porch with upholstered wicker furnishings.

There are two bedrooms in this townhome. Featuring two queen beds, the first floor bedroom is great for families on a beach vacation. Sliding doors lead to the screened porch where the kids can play games. There is a gorgeous hall bath just outside the door. The bathroom has a granite counter, a ribbon motif tiled bathroom floor that flows into the large glass encased shower. The master bedroom is upstairs. It has two king beds, a 32' Smart TV and two sun decks. Step to the deck and read the morning paper while lounging on the upholstered chairs. The master bathroom is beautiful. A sliding barn door provides privacy. There is a large closet for your belongings. Wash at the granite topped vanity. There is a sky light over the shower/tub that has an adjustable height shower head.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

We had a great stay at this very tastefully decorated, clean Beachhouse. It had everything stocked that we could possibly ask for. We appreciated that it was pet friendly allowing us to bring our little pooch. We would definitely rent here again!

Excellent location!

We had an excellent time at this property. The house was decorated like something you’d see in a magazine. We travelled with our 5 & 8 year old boys and they loved the bunk beds. The beach was literally a 2 minute walk across the street so we were able to start and end our days at the beach. Even the walk to the beach club was only 5 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Perfect long weekend getaway

Very quiet, beautifully furnished, had everything we needed for our 5-day stay for 2 adults. Kitchen was well-appointed, had all the utensils and plenty of dinnerware. The walls and rugs showed some wear but otherwise the house was spotlessly clean. The location was close enough to walk to the beach club pool and restaurants but a long drive (3miles) from the main gate. Freshfields village and the marina were convenient once past the gate.

House is gorgeous with recent reno. Has everything you need for an amazing beach vaca. Super close to beach and pool. Private and felt safe (COVID) the entire time. Property manager was fast and responsive when I needed a new tank for the grill. Absolutely perfect. Lots of dolphins and we even got to see baby turtles hatching and making their way to the ocean!!

Perfect house and location!

We had an amazing vacation! The house was very clean and had been recently updated. It was beautiful and had everything we needed and wanted. The location was perfect! The beach access is directly across the street and has no stairs which is perfect for strollers or beach carts. The club,pool and pelicans nest are fight down the street. The beach is private and beautiful and we love biking around taking in the beautiful nature. Thanks again for everything! We will be returning.

Wonderful Family Getaway

Seabrook was amazing, just enough activities and nearby dining, but the beaches were not overcrowded at all. The Villa was perfect for our family of 5. Large TV’s in every room, beds were incredibly comfortable (possibly the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a rental). The Villa was well appointed. Proximity to beach and pool was perfect! The couches and furniture were large and incredibly comfortable. The only item of note, was that the 2nd bedroom furniture was changed from when we booked the villa. Originally it was supposed to have (2) bunk beds one with a queen bottom, and it was changed to (2) queen beds. So (2) of our kids had to share a bed, but it ended up being fine.

Lovely home, clean, comfortable and minutes from the beach and pool.

The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We loved the screened in porch and spent most of our time in that room. The locations was perfect, only minutes from the beach and pool. It's a lovely area with a mother deer and her baby romping in the yard and a buck just laying down resting in the landscape. The bike riding on the beach was great. We rode to the dolphin stranding almost every night. The area is wonderful, you have the beauty of. nature and the convenience of stores just a short ride away. The Lakehouse pool was our families favorite pool in the facility. We love that the beach area has not been commercialized with hotels, restaurants and homes right on the beach. The beach area is nice and wide A great vacation area!

The place is very nicely decorated & we throughly enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t figure out that TV so I had to use my own streaming service to watch tv & the floors were gritty from the sand but nothing a swifter couldn’t fix. Overall I’d stay at this house again.

We had an amazing stay and this Spinnaker Beach House! It has been beautifully updated and was very clean and has the most well stocked kitchen I have seen in rental home! The beach access is right across the street and the pool is a quick bike ride up the road. We rented bikes and enjoyed exploring the island and riding to salty dog for the afternoon. Short drive to explore Charleston. We loved bringing our doodle as well! We will be back!

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).

For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.

For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
