* Please note that we are limited to 12 guests by local laws, but that excludes any children under 13 traveling with you.



Access to all of the amenities of Tahoe Donner, including cross country and

downhill skiing, horseback riding, biking, hiking, pools, beach club, golf,

tennis, pickleball and more with fees applying. The public amenities are open

to all and unrestricted. Private amenities, which include the Beach Club

Marina, Northwoods Pool, Trout Creek Recreation Center and Tennis + Pickleball

Center, are limited to usage by 6 guests per day with guest passes provided at

the house. Private amenities also have the following blackout dates for guest

usage: Jan 17-19 (MLK Day), Feb 14-16 (President’s Day), May 23-25 (Memorial

Day), July 1-5 (July 4th), Sept 5-7 (Labor Day), Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day),

Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)
