country skiing out the back door and downhill skiing a 5 minute walk away. 6

bedrooms, 4.5 baths over 4,200 square feet with a 30+ foot fireplace, hot tub,

gourmet kitchen, Tesla EV Charger, 2 steam showers, 3 fireplaces, Japanese

soaking tub, slate pool table, and a completely private setting backing up to

the Tahoe Donner open space and trail system at the end of a cul-de-sac of

larger homes. Activities and features for your whole family with a level

entry on 1/2 acre. Plus, ample room to share with friends or your extended

family.



* Gourmet Kitchen with professional gas stove, 2 ovens, copper sinks, concrete counters, 2 dishwashers, antique French butcher block island and more.

* 4.5 luxury baths with 2 steam showers

* Covered hot tub open to forest views

* 3 car garage

* Upstairs Primary bedroom with ensuite bath and fireplace has a large adjoining room with 2 twin beds plus a trundle bed for kids or relaxation, and a private deck

* Large upstairs Guest Room with ensuite bath connects to a second bunk bedroom

* Downstairs Primary Bedroom has fireplace and ensuite bath

* 2 more bedrooms and full bath downstairs

* Whole house mesh wifi, 3 flat screen TVs, and a slate pool table add to the fun.

* Please note that we are limited to 12 guests by local laws, but that excludes any children under 13 traveling with you.



Access to all of the amenities of Tahoe Donner, including cross country and

downhill skiing, horseback riding, biking, hiking, pools, beach club, golf,

tennis, pickleball and more with fees applying. The public amenities are open

to all and unrestricted. Private amenities, which include the Beach Club

Marina, Northwoods Pool, Trout Creek Recreation Center and Tennis + Pickleball

Center, are limited to usage by 6 guests per day with guest passes provided at

the house. Private amenities also have the following blackout dates for guest

usage: Jan 17-19 (MLK Day), Feb 14-16 (President's Day), May 23-25 (Memorial

Day), July 1-5 (July 4th), Sept 5-7 (Labor Day), Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day),

Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year's holiday)

Beautiful home walking distance skiing

My family and I had a lovely time at the home. Very spacious and comfortable. The bunk bedroom is connected to one of the king bed room which I did not realize from the pictures. The host was very available and we had a relaxing time.

Amazing snow experience in Truckee

Seriously, could not have been a better location of experience. The house was amazing, we picked the perfect weather weekend, and the host was awesome. From the moment we booked the communication was excellent and super helpful. The house was gorgeous and the kids loved their first snow experience and the adults loved the hot tub and first class kitchen. Also, it was amazing being walking distance from the ski area. Will def stay here again with the gang.

Fantastic getaway, beautiful home, lots of fun for kids!

We had a wonderful, seamless trip. Tim was super accessible and very responsive. Even in April there was still a ton of snow in the backyard for the kids to play in. Immediate access to lots of great outdoor space to explore. The house is beautiful and in a nice, quiet neighborhood, with tons of space, very comfortable beds and couches, and an enviable kitchen. A great get away! :)

Great house. Perfect street.

We had a lovely stay of 3 families in may. Huge house (3 families and we didn’t use all the sleeping areas). Great street. Kids road bikes in the cul-de-sac everyday. I struggled a bit with the check in process. But then the property manager came through with tons of details.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Truckee in Tim’s beautiful home. He was available anytime I had a question. This house has everything you need! It is a very quiet neighborhood which is what we needed living in the city. We went to beach down the street which was very convenient. 5 stars!!! Your family will enjoy!

Spacious and comfortable house. Great location nestled beneath hundreds of miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking in summer. Situated on quiet court—- aside from neighbors who hold CrossFit classes at 6:30am and allow their dogs to participate and bark. House offers bikes, kayak, beach chairs, SUPs.
