This property is located on the 'sunny side' of Wye River, benefiting from both the morning and afternoon sun.

There is a split system air conditioner in the living area that will keep you comfortable no matter the season. Built in book shelves house a vast collection of books and DVD'S to choose from, or access your own Netflix account via the Smart TV with fast unlimited NBN Wifi connected (for play, and for work when you need to.)

A fully equipped kitchen (including a fabulous view from the sink!) provides all your self catering needs, or walk down to the Wye River Hotel for dinner with an amazing view.

There are 3 bedrooms, each with queen size beds. The master has a small ensuite and looks out to the garden while the remaining two bedrooms enjoy the benefit of floor to ceiling glass overlooking the ocean. The main bathroom also houses the laundry with a separate toilet.
