This stylish, modern and luxurious home in a great location is perfect accommodation for corporate and private visitors – it is ideal for couples, families and singles alike. It has large 4 double bedrooms, 2 lounge areas, 2 stylish bathrooms and toilets, a kitchen which is a chef’s dream, and a laundry. There is also a granny flat attached to the house which is rented seperately but can be incorporated in to the house , making the house a 5 bedroomed , 3 bathroomed house ideal for large groups The house is located directly opposite the lovely Yokine Reserve. Access to the city and other main areas is easy - there are frequent busses to and from the city during the day and night and the bus stop is only 600 meters and a 4 minute walk away. It is 10 to 20 minutes from the city and Perth’s fabulous Kings Park by car or taxi out of peak hour. 87A is a quiet, private, self-contained, modern, double storey residence built in 2016. It is a light and bright and elegant. Home features include 4 large smart televisions all connected to the internet; a desk and work station; air-conditioned common areas; large fridge and freezer with inbuilt icemaker and cold-water dispenser; electronic keyless entry so no need for keys or swipe cards; and a family-size barbeque. Enjoy breakfast or drinks on the balcony overlooking the Yokine Reserve, or on the downstairs deck, or relax and soak up the sun in the tranquil private garden. We will gladly stock the fridge and pantry for you prior to your arrival if you provide us with your shopping list. The charges for these purchases can be settled upon your arrival. You only pay for what is purchased and there is no additional fee for this service. We include a small welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and sugar as well as some basic cleaning products .
GUEST ACCESS All the home’s facilities are for you to enjoy during your stay. We live in our home which is away from the 87A so you have complete privacy and exclusive use of the property during your stay.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We are only a phone call away and we are happy to offer suggestions and assistance as required.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD Yokine is an inner-city well established suburb. It is only a 10 to 15 minute drive to the restaurants, pubs, clubs, movie houses and theatres of trendy Beaufort Street, Northbridge, Subiaco, Leederville and Mt Hawthorn areas. Two shopping centres are located close by. Walk to Dogswamp shopping centre in 10 minutes or drive there in 3 minutes. The major shopping mall Gallaria is only a 12 minute drive by car or taxi. Supermarkets and liquor stores in this area also offer on-line shopping and a delivery service to your door. The popular Yokine Reserve where the locals walk their dogs, run and go for walks throughout the day, is across the road. The pathways are well lit at night so you can enjoy a night time walk or run. The reserve also has barbecue and picnic facilities with benches and tables and a state-of-the-art playground which caters for children of all ages. Perth’s famous wine region, the Swan Valley, is 20 minutes north by car. The Valley is a very popular venue for locals and tourists alike. There are many restaurants and most vineyards offer free wine and cheese tastings. The domestic and international airports are 20 and 30 minutes away making 87A quick and easy to reach on your arrival in and departure from Perth.
GETTING AROUND Yokine is well serviced by busses which run day and night and bus stops are within walking distance. Taxis are quick and easy to access and for those with a car, 87A has plenty of parking.

It was our second stay and we enjoyed it very much. The house is spacious and clean, the location is perfect, with the park in front of your doorstep, and short distances to CBD and beach. All in all highly recommendable.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is in a great location opposite a lovely big park but also easy to get north and south of the river. The house itself is lovely and spacious and the property manager is easy to contact and very helpful with any queries you have. The only thing to mention is the hot tub that is advertised for this property is a bath tub. Otherwise the description is spot on and we would definitely return in the future.

Traveller Beware
** Traveller BEWARE. This is not an entire house listing as specified. The owners live in the internal GARAGE on the property with internal door access. They use a loophole by saying the garage is apartment 87B. They also have security cameras surrounding the property, including ones overlooking the backyard that were not listed on the website.
While the property is nice enough and the owners seemed nice initially, we found out that they were secretly living in the garage a few days after arriving. Ultimately, we had to leave early due to our concern about the safety of our three young children, forcing us to break our 2 week quarantine and resulting in us having to stay at emergency accommodation.

Response to Cameron misleading review.
Cameron and his family made a two week booking with us. After 5 days of happily staying in the house (87A) Cameron requested an official invoice from us in order to reclaim his expense from his employer. All I know is that within hours of him receiving this invoice, he packed his belongings and left. I was then harassed by him at 5am the following morning demanding a full refund. I am of the opinion that he either was not reimbursed from his employer and then required cheaper accommodation or he was paid out and decided to pocket the money for himself. For 5 days he was very happy and then claimed that there where people living in the garage. This is NOT true as well as being deceptive. Attached to the side of the house is an 85sqr meter granny flat which is rented out separately to the main house. Cameron was fully aware of this arrangement as on his arrival I personally told him I was staying there. There is also signage on the double bolted, on both sides, interleading door (same as any hotel) stating and declaring upfront the existance of apartment 87B. Both house and granny flat have separate front doors, entrances and driveways and are totally independent of each other.
My wife and I have been operating for almost 4 years now, we have had over 1500 guests stay in the house 87A from approx 250 bookings. We have approx. two hundred 5 star reviews and now for the first time a negative review. To anybody reading this PLEASE read our reviews on this platform as well as the other major booking platform. We have never had anybody complain about the granny flat.
Despite Cameron still owing us money for the shopping we did for him as they were in isolation, we wish him and his family well and hope they have found accommodation that meets all of their requirements.

Large up-market home
We were pleasantly surprised by the size and facilities of this house. We had everything we needed in the large kitchen and our host Steven was very helpful. We were able to park 2 cars off the street. The master bedroom was very comfortable and we spent every evening in the cosy media room. The house overlooks a parkland and the area is quiet at night. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay.

Spacious and clean!
If you need space, this house definitely has it! It is beautifully presented and very tidy with great amenities. My family stayed there between Christmas and new year and they absolutely loved it. Nava is a great host and did everything to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Would definitely book this property again.

87A isa spacious and luxurious family accommodation. We are located across the road from the Yokine Reserve with large open spaces , sports fields , children's playgrounds and km of walking paths.. We have a great BBQ and garden that our guests really enjoy.
We are centrally located to all the popular tourist spots and the CBD. There is an abundance of restaurants and cafes around us and we are close to Beaufort St and Northbridge for those who enjoy the night life.
When you stay with us you will enjoy 5 star accommodation, a fully equiped modern and state of the art kitchen combined with a 10 seater dinning table were families love to sit around . The house is cool in summer and warm in winter and has ample air-conditioning . Our bathrooms are spacious and our showers are even bigger. We also have unlimited hot water.
