Casa Siena Hunter Valley 5 king size rooms all with full en-suites. On vineyard

Designer 5 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom Home with private pool set overlooking our a vineyard. Perfect for families wanting to relax amd unwind on a large home with pool and vineyard.

Each bedroom has its own Large ensuite with full freestanding bath. Double French doors that open up to your own vineyard and acreage views.
Each bathroom features luxury finishes and there own full bath.

Ducted air conditioning in every room

LINEN
All linen is included in the cleaning fees and includes all beds made with white linen sheets pillowcases and towels.

BEDS
All 5 rooms have King beds that can be separated into singles. Great for a large group we cater for couples singles and families. Please note we require 5 datys notice to split beds as we need to order the linens

WEDDINGS
The house is situated on the La Vigna Estate Vineyard. Whilst we can do weddings and functions on the estate. Please dont enquire here as this site is for accommodation. Whilst we cant add a link or a number here the estate can be found easily online.

KITCHEN
Large 900cm Westinghouse oven cooktop dishwasher and french door fridge. Nespresso coffee maker. Kitchen is equipped with a large range of pots,pans, cups, glasses plates and cutlery.

PARKING
Plenty of free parking for a large number of vehicles. If you wish to do a wine tour before your check in please enquire as to where cars can be left.

BBQ and OUTDOOR
gas BBQ in entertaining area comes with gas. Large 12 to 14 seat outdoor entertaining table and chair.

FREE WIFI
Free NBN wifi. Password is on back of Modem and is the Wylankey.
Smart Tv has apps like Netflix and Youtube

The kitchen is equipped featuring a 6 meter island benchtop, perfect for entertaining.

We have a very large 10 meter pool that flows straight from the outdoor entertaining area.

We supply wood for our indoor fire from May Till the last weekend in September.

LOCAL VINEYARDS
We are minutes away from many local vineyards. Wine tours can also be organized for direct pick up from the house.

PLEASE no Bucks or boys groups. No bands or speakers. We have other homes on the property. If you are coming up to party please look elsewhere.

CONCERT EVENTS
Rover coaches can do a pick up out the front of the estate. Then take you to your event. Please check with Rover coaches first.
Please do not book in behalf of someone else the person booking that books must attend .
This property is overlooking a beautiful acreage which includes a 5 acre shiraz vineyard.

We have 2 other neighbouring properties so can take larger groups who want there own space but also want to be close walking distance to each other

ONLINE BOOKINGS
Weekend rates. Most weekends are booked as a Friday Saturday. if booking the Saturday Sunday or Thursday Friday we will charge the full weekend rate. Slightly higher than the Saturday Sunday price

1 night stays on a Friday or Saturday are charged at the 2 night rate.

3 nights minimum on all long weekends

Perfect for a catch up with friends or family. Plenty of space to connect plus privacy in the 5 bedrooms with ensuites when you need it. Fire was going when we arrived to take the chill off the air and give us a warm welcome. Micah was easy to communicate with and the booking process was easy. Would recommend visiting in the warmer months as well to make use of the awesome pool and entertaining area.

Great place to stay easy access from Freeway . We’ll located to enjoy Wine country and restaurants. Fantastic layout 10 people to relax without intruding in each other space . Would highly rate the home for a weekend away.

Fabulous

Such a fantastic set up the 5 bedrooms all with ensuites. All the rooms are the same with king size beds. Air con great plus the pool for a hot weekend. Main road but so quiet. Large kitchen for cooking up a family feast. Ample parking. Great location. Would love to come up again.

Perfect stay!

We were impressed with the property, it was very purpose built. The large kitchen bench was fantastic to host our group size. Having an ensuite in every room provided the perfect level of comfort for our large group (15 people). Property was clean. Pool and outdoor are was well maintained. Communication was seamless. Would love to stay in the property again.

Spacious house on a rural property

With five double bedrooms each with an en suite and a large lounge/dining/kitchen, there is no shortage of space to spread out. The walls are bare - not an artwork or an ornament anywhere - and the furniture is functional. The kitchen is well equipped with tonnes of bench space. The house is located about 17kms from the Information Centre.

A beautiful spacious, clean house. All facilities new and working. Very comfortable furniture. Fully equipped kitchen. Big pool (not heated). Excellent communication from the property owner. Would recommend and would return.

Perfect family get away

We booked the property for a family milestone birthday. 6 adults, 4 kids (3 groups). Property was perfect for it! 5 bed & 5 bath, each with their own shower & bath were great! Plus a separate toilet & also a separate laundry (washer & dryer). Living area was very spacious and lots of room for all of us. Huge kitchen! Out door area was amazing! Comfy lounge/outdoor furniture, plus huge outdoor tables/chairs & pool loungers. Bbq. Pool was the jewel! Clean & big with shade on the side if needed. Field & area next to the house was great for sport. Driveway - plenty of parking and space to play. Lots of lovely littke touches across the property. Well appointed and well looked after. Thank you

Great stay in a large house

Perfectly designed for groups of friends or family. Five large bedrooms, each with en-suite. Located on the outskirts of Pokolbin but still only 10-15min drive to most places. Very clean and well-appointed.

Fantastic home for extended family getaway

We loved our stay at Casa Siena. Our extended family hired this house to stay in while we attended a wedding in Hunter Valley and the layout of the house worked perfectly for all the couples and families. We loved having our own private rooms & bathrooms but also the fact we had a great large communal area to gather together. Thank-you for having us for the weekend, would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.

Loved this house for our small group. Perfect to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped with a warming wood fire We had a great time and look forward to visiting again in summer when we can take advantage of the lovely pool!

Fabulous property for a group of girls.

We spend two nights in Casa Siena as a group of 10 girls. Lovely having a bathroom between 2 of us and that the king beds convert to twins. A very cost comfortable home with plenty of space and a wonderful kitchen for everyone to gather around. We will definitely be back. Micah our host was extremely quick in responding to any enquiries we had. Thanks so much.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great weekend away at Casa Siena! As a group of 5 couples, it was so nice to have our own luxurious bathrooms and plenty of space in the living areas and a massive kitchen to cook and prepare in. Whilst the property is located just off a main road, it is not too busy and was very quiet at night. Would definitely stay again, and would recommend to family and/or friend groups.
