Modern, cosy, self-contained studio flat within a family home

Modern, clean, fully furnished and self-contained studio flat with fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave etc.) and all essentials supplied. Located in a very tranquil leafy setting, with an abundance of bird life. The flat has a separate entry, and while you'll have complete privacy, it is located within our family home (we live upstairs). With this in mind we ask guests to be mindful of noise. Conveniently located to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, The University of Queensland, and Brisbane's CBD, with an easily accessible bus stop at the end of our street. Buses are less frequent outside peak hours and on weekends.

From laundry access, to a fully stocked kitchenette, to extra linens, this was an amazing place to stay for the extended time we were there. The host is amazing and lovely. Highly recommend!

My home away from home. I have now stayed twice and have booked my third stay. You cannot get more telling than that! Cara and Lucien already feel like friends. Was pure serenity sitting outside with a glass of wine while soaking in the leafy green surrounds and chitter chatter of birdlife.

Awesome Place!

The property was very nice and additionally right next to Mt Coot-tha which is a must see with its vast amount of hiking trails and wildlife! Cara was extremely welcoming and had a plethora of knowledge about the area and advice on what to check out. Overall, an awesome place and stay!

Visiting Son in Brisbane

Great self contained accommodation in a quite and pretty location with local bus service at end of the road. Hosts were lovely and extremely helpful, would highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable retreat.

Cara was an excellent hostess - she and Lucien welcomed us and were always available if we needed any help. The studio apartment was very comfortable, quiet and well located for us visiting family nearby. We would highly recommend it and hope to stay again in the future.

Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The unit was well presented and very clean. The laundry was next to the unit and was well furnished with washing powders etc. The host greeted me on my arrival and also presented me with a small christmas gift.Mentioned to host that the shower could possibly have a safety rail installed to assist in safe washing of feet.

Its a wonderful self contained room in a lovely area with considerate hosts- perfect really! Note to anyone out there worried about the lack of air conditioning- its on the ground floor and lots of shade, the room doesn't really heat up

It was a really nice little flat, good for a long or short stay. It was clean and the communication with the property manager was good aswell. But without a car maybe a bit to far from the CBD from Brisbane away, nethertheless a bus station is 5 Minutes away and comes once an hour.

I enjoyed my stay at this ground level suite in the Indooroopilly Woods. It was quiet, clean, and nice having a kitchenette and laundry. If you like nature, good walking trails run from the property up to Mt Coot-tha Lookout and the Mt. Coot-tha Botanical Gardens. I used local buses to get into Brisbane. It's a short walk to the bus loop. On weekends, bus service is a little infrequent and I had to walk about 25 minutes to Mogill Rd. Uber downtown was about 12 AU.The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Perfect for son studying at UQ

My son stayed here for the last 2 months of his study abroad and he found this “home away from home” perfect for him. He felt comfortable and safe and had everything he needed to feel at home. The host was very helpful. It was very clean.
