This house was perfect for our little getaway and house was as advertised. We did find the house a little cold though at night, apart from this it was great. We would definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay. Property was extremely clean and tidy. Couldn't ask for any more in a holiday Property.
Location was extremely quiet which was lovely.
Thankyou Noel and Nicky for your hospitality. My husband and I will definitely return.
We have stayed here numerous times as we love the location. Noel is very easy to deal with and the property is as advertised. We appreciated the new board games supplied for inclement weather & evenings.
Property very clean suited our purposes. Appears the house could do with some maintenance due to proximity to ocean, however this did not affect our reason for our stay. TV tad small, fridge looks to be brand new, everything worked. Ocean view a bonus. House is amongst what looks to be community housing. The surrounding houses are probably not as house proud as these owners. Internet access would have been a bonus. Appreciate surge pricing is due to the time of year. Shower is in the bath which is not quite evident in the pics. Would happily consider again.
The house was certainly a throwback from the 60's, but I knew that when I saw it on the internet, but this was part of the charm of the house, it was clean, functional and met all of our needs. The house was close to everything, and Noel was very obliging. We were supposed to go to Echuca but had to cancel at the very last minute due to severe flooding, but Noel was contactable immediately and did not hesitate to accept our booking. Thanks Noel for a very relaxing time away.
Older style property as shown, but clean and cosy and with everything needed for a short stay. Having towels as well as linen provided was useful.
Neighbourhood looked a little sketchy but was actually very quiet; good access to beach.
We found the bed in main bedroom very hard; and the house really needs fans in bathroom and toilet. Otherwise well equipped.

Thanks for staying Kathryn and glad you enjoyed your stay, thank you for the recommendations for the fans, we'll look into it. In regard to the bed it seems difficult to cater for everybody, funny enough I have just received a message from a guest who is asking for brand of bed since they were impressed with how comfortable it was. We will take note of your comment however and improve if possible. Hope to have stay again. Thank you
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. The heating worked well. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. The owner was very helpful. It is very close to a path along the foreshore and walking distance from the centre of town.
Easy process to rent the property, and easy communication with owner.
The house was very clean & tidy. Kitchen well stocked with all crockery and pots/pans etc. . Linen & towels provided Made for easy stay.
A dryer in laundry would have been handy, since we were in town for a beach based activity.
The only ‘downer’ was the drunk lady down the street yelling at top of her voice for half the night (police called & attended)
