Coast at Middleton Point is a classic 3 bedroom beach house, updated in a contemporary style. Great location - just a short stroll to the swimming beach, Middleton Point, Tavern, bakery, general store, playground, tennis courts, bike track and popular cafe Pipi. It offers 2 queen and 2 single beds, a split system air conditioner and fans in the living area, coastal views from the main rooms and elevated back deck. Nespresso coffee machine. Complimentary sparkling water, tea and coffee. Just over an hour from the city and close to all attractions of the Fleurieu district, our holiday home offers an ideal beach getaway for couples or families. Guests are asked to supply own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels)

Little piece of paradise. ☀️

We had such a fantastic time staying. The place was lovely, very clean & tidy. Weather was amazing for the whole duration of our stay. Being able to enjoy the sunshine and view from the balcony each day with a coffee (or wine!) was heaven. Andrea and Mark were very easy to deal with & we appreciated them checking in the night prior to arriving. Thanks for letting us enjoy your little piece of paradise. We will definitely be coming back again.

Great stay at Middleton

Great property, back deck with views to the ocean, everything you want, within walking distance to Tavern, Pipi’s coffee shop & beach, added bonus wifi and plenty of room to entertain friends.
