FEATURING 1 KING & 1 QUEEN BEDROOM + 4 BED BUNK POD

A truly unique, architect-designed pod house perfect for up to two holidaying families to occupy together. This house effortlessly absorbs its guests and delivers absolute peace, quiet and privacy, from neighbours and each other.

Set on an oversized rainforest block in the naturally peaceful and pristine Austinmer escarpment, the striking home comprises a combined living, dining & kitchen pod with walk-in pantry and large wood burning fireplace, a kids 4-bed bunk pod with separate bathroom featuring shower and bathtub, and an adults' pod with king and queen bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. There is also a large kids retreat with comfy sofas, smart TV and boogie boards!

Each pod is separated by fully secure, timber breezeways. Noise dissipates in the open-air between them, meaning you can finally get that sleep-in while the kids entertain themselves in the living or bunk pods.

The property features a fully fenced 10x4 metre swimming pool, an outdoor pizza kitchen and fireplace, extensive lawns and grounds, as well as an abundance of natural wildlife and flora.

This home was architecturally designed as a modern take on a coastal bush experience, being located in a natural eucalyptus rainforest, with simple, yet stylish functional areas perfect for one or two families, with the sound of the ocean drifting up through the trees from the beach just minutes below.

The home is relatively new and the gardens have been planted with an array of native and exotic wildflowers and trees, which will only further complement the property as they develop.

Just a few minutes away by car is a huge choice of beaches, some of which are dog-friendly, including Austinmer, Little Austinmer, Coledale, Sharky's, Thirroul and Macauleys.

Note: Dogs are welcome at this property ONLY by prior arrangement.

Thirroul is the nearest town (5 mins) and features a selection of chic boutiques, cafe's, bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and bottle shops.

Around 80 mins from Sydney by both train and car, this is the family getaway that has something for everyone.

The lay out of this property was excellent. With the pod style accommodation it meant that we all weren’t on top of each other - even in the rain. The extra area with television and gym let the teenagers have there own space. Host communication was on point We will be booking again

Perfect quiet retreat

This place is amazing. Really well thought out layout with tonnes of room to find a quiet spot. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Unfortunately it rained the whole time so we didn't get to use the amazing outdoor fire and pizza oven setting that looks brand new. Net time for sure!!

Can't fault it!

Beautiful property surrounded by trees just outside of Sydney. We woke up so peacefully to the sounds of birds. The rooms have so much light and the place feels very modern. And the pool was and backyard space were spacious for activities and the kitchen was massive for hosting a dinner a home. Honestly couldn't fault it and intend to stay again!

The perfect getaway for all

We’ve stayed at a lot of places and I can hands down say this property is perfect. Pool - check. Table tennis - check. Bunk beds, great spots to hang out in, hammock, gorgeous kitchen, ample dining table check, check, check, check, check. This home literally ticks all the boxes for us and the host is exemplary. We’ll be booking again as soon as we can.
