This is it! Your ideal Fort Lauderdale vacation home awaits! Terrific location, stylish and comfortable furnishings, heated pool and spa with water views and dock! Two bedrooms, one queen with on-suite, the second with king bed and pool/water views. Both bedrooms and living room have smart tv's. Open dining area for 6, inviting breakfast bar with fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor has covered dining with lounge area, flat screen tv and a built in gas bbq grill is ready for your poolside barbecue to begin!

All this in a quiet but convenient location to Fort Lauderdale beaches, shopping, dining and nightlife!

Fun, relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay greatly. Everything was as advertised, in fact it exceeded our expectations. The location was within 15 minutes of anywhere we wanted to go, like the beach and restaurants, shopping, etc . Just relaxing by the pool was the best part. The pool was not heating correctly initially, but the property manager responded and took care of the issue immediately.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It is well-equipped and clean, with a beautiful outdoor area that we throughly enjoyed. All important information was clearly communicated and available at the house. We were sad to leave. It was the perfect place for our visit and we highly recommend!

Wonderful!

We had a fabulous stay at Three Palms. The house is immaculate, comfortable, fully stocked and in a great location! We spent almost the entire time outdoors by the dining area, living area, pool and beautiful dock. Saw some amazing sunsets. You won’t want to leave!

Home away from home

Fantastic spot including beautiful views, wonderful wide canal and incredibly comfortable bedding! We are in the hospitality industry and found the service excellent , prompt, and the house is equipped with everything one needs for a memorable experience. We loved having access to a kayak rental at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend this charming bungalow!!

Top-Notch Property and Property Management

Well-maintained and appointed property in convenient and quiet Coral Shores neighborhood. We especially enjoyed watching the four iguanas that lived in the trees next to the pool and would come down each morning.

November 2020 Stay

We loved our stay at three palms, the house is incredible, and was the perfect getaway place to spend the holidays. David is super responsive and helpful and provided us with so many recommendations of nearby restaurants and things to do. The house was so clean, and comforting. The outdoor space is my favorite!

Great stay

I absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed for 5 nights visiting family and explored Ft. Lauderdale/Miami. Very quiet neighborhood and I felt safe. They provided everything listed and more! I liked how the kiosk kepted me updated on what was to happen that day (for example pool service), different thibgs to do nearby and the notebook with information about the property. My only con is the iguanas. Other than that I recommend this location and would definitely stay again.

March 2022 Stay

Incredible house with all the trimmings: efficient 2BR/2BA layout, perfect size pool, on a peaceful canal with boardwalk that calls morning and night. Covered porch was the perfect respite when rain came. Kitchens and baths were amazingly well stocked and appointed even with a weeks worth of paper products. Beds were super comfy. No detail of amenities were missed - games, TV’s everywhere, grill, Washer/Dryer, blow up rafts for pool, lounge chairs at dock, cushioned chairs under covered porch, and 2 Adirondack chairs just for a nice change of pace. Three Palms is aptly named with the gorgeous setting by the water flanked with beautiful privacy landscaping. David and Steve were amazing - a small plumbing issue was responded to and fixed within 3 hours, and they came by to introduce themselves and brought us cupcakes and champagne!! They do an amazing job and I’m sure we will be back soon!! Added Note: we rented an 18 foot Rinker Boat from 100 Pro Boats and brought it to the house via the intercoastal an

Winter getaway.

The house exceeded our expectations. On arrival the house was spotless. We loved the outdoor living area. The views of the waterway added a lot to it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Peaceful Getaway

This house was amazing, and met + exceeded my expectations! The view off the back is so calm and welcoming that we found ourselves spending most of our time just reading by the pool. Extremely clean as well. The neighborhood does have some construction going on, but that's at no fault of the rental agency. All in all, very calm. Great getaway!

Perfect house for Florida Beach touring!

This property is amazing!!!The pictures make you think that the place might be a little small, but that is far from the truth. It is a very spacious and well laid out property. The house has ample room. We stayed with another couple. One bedroom faces the pool and the other room has an attached bathroom. To decide which couple would stay in what to we played a round of yahtzee, which was found with other games in the living room area. As for the outdoor area it was by far the best part of our vacation. The pool was heated, clean, and in working order as was the hot tub. The covered area was where we spent a lot of time. It is great to have an outside living space with a tv. We also spent most nights watching a the sunset over the canal. It was very peaceful an quiet when we where there. An awesome addition to the outside space were the local Iguanas. They would come out frequently during our trip and sunbath in the deck. P.s. they like watermelon. As for what was provided with the property, it was more than you would usually find. The shacker got a lot of use during our stay and was awesome to have. The shed has Beach chairs a beach umbrella, coolers and other beach toys to use. We used these everyday during our stay! There was also a grill and extra gas to use. We found a blender and other cooking utensils you may need. As for the location is perfect. The house is hidden of the beaten path, yet super close to a publix and a small shopping area. It is just a short ride to las Olas and downtown Ft. Lauderdale. We tour a different beach each day we where there and this place is perfect for that. A short ride north will get you to Pampano, Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton. We spent 2 days at Deerfield Beach while staying here. I highly recommend you make the drive! Overall this place is a dream. Everything you could need is found here. We plan to stay again. If you are on the fence I highly recommend you choose this location. It was everything and more.
