A Sea Scape - Jurien Bay

Located in a quiet street in Jurien Bay this large, modern, fully self contained holiday home features 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with separate toilet and hand basin. Free WIFI, good quality cookware, dinnerware and appliances.
Large 70cm TV, comfy Lounge suite with recliners. Plenty of parking either in the drive way or street parking.

The beach is at the end of the street just a short walk (7-8 min) and a short drive to the town centre. Just up the road is a really nice children's play ground, BBQ and Park is only a short 2 or 3 minute walk away. Around the corner is an off lead Dog Park & playground.

The perfect get away for couples, family's, or small groups. Maximum of 8 people as per the Shires Planning licence.

The house has a fully equipped modern chefs kitchen, complete with scullery, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, gas cook top, 900 mm electric oven and microwave. Ikea toddler Highchair.

The kitchen, dining and lounge area is open plan with high ceilings opening out to a large alfresco area with BBQ. Open up the stacking doors gives you a clear view of a 70 inch TV from the alfresco.

Large laundry complete with top loader washing machine, indoor clothes airer, vacuum cleaner & a Shark vacuum stick provided.

Reverse cycle heating/cooling ducted air conditioning to the bedrooms and living area.

The living area comes with a 70 inch LCD Flat screen Smart TV, DVD player. Comfortable Lounge suite, two 2 seater recliner couches and 1 x 3 seater. Dining table - seats 6.

The home is fully fenced, plenty of driveway and street parking. Secure parking for cars, small boats or motor cycles behind gates.

The property sleeps up to 4 couples or 4 singles, with the bedding arrangement of 3 queen beds and 1 double bed. All of the rooms are large with built in robes. Bedroom 1 is next to the bathroom and toilet, the remaining 3 are located close by off a hallway.

(no single beds, only a porta cot & highchair provided )

** Please note that Linen is supplied (by an external contractor) and will show as a separate cost on your invoice, a set fee we incur regardless if linen is supplied or not and/or for nights stayed or guest numbers, rather than increasing the nightly rate we list it separately** Includes pillows, donas, sheets, towels.

You are welcome to bring your own favorite pillows, bring your beach towels & a hand towel for the toilet basin.

Out door dogs are negotiable on request, dog, size, age etc, the back yard is fully fenced, with a 90sqm grass area. A great secure yard (The gap in the gates is slightly larger than pool fencing). The gates are at the rear of the house.

(Please note that the owners wing located at the back of the house is not included in the rental and access to the area is locked) We the owners will not be present at the property through out your stay but contactable by phone or through the booking site should the need arise.

Property was amazing, house is beautiful and it is in a nice area. Linen was a bit old and not that nice, we ended up using our own towels, but i did appreciate not having to take my bed linen.

This house was perfect for us. Spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything and the bathroom was very roomy. The bath was an extra treat after a big day on the boat. Plenty of room for the boat and all secure behind locked gates. The outside entertaining area was also enjoyable in the afternoons. Our dogs loved laying on the grass and being part of our holiday too. Thank you for making our holiday relaxing and enjoyable.We definitely recomend staying here !!

SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH!

We had 4 adults and 2 dogs stay at this lovely establishment. So very clean when we arrived. So very well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Comfy beds WITH EXCELLENT PILLOWS! We loved how close it was to the beach - a five minute walk. We went to beach twice every day! LOVED IT! Cooked lots of BBQ dinners and loved sitting around the large outside table yarning, eating, laughing and being merry! Would book this place again IN A HEARTBEAT! Herby xx

Modern comfort in a great location!

Dealing with Josie was a pleasure - a kind and accomodating lady! Josie's house is spacious and clean, has comfortable beds and is fitted with all modern amenities. Access and lockup was easy. A few minutes drive or a bit longer walk to the beach in a quiet suburb. Great rental if you have dogs, although be aware that smaller ones/puppies could fit through the gate.

Everything went to plan and was well organized. Josie was very accommodating with any requests we had. Everyone including the pets had plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and anything needed for the use of this area. The bathroom and toilet were very clean and spacious. The laundry was also very spacious and would be comfortable for anyone considering a longer stay. Plenty of storage space. Would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Jurien.

School holiday break

My family and I had a great time in this house! It's perfect for families with younger children as it's located on a quiet street with a two great parks nearby. There's a dog beach close by as well which made my pup very happy. The house is clean, has a great layout which separates the bedrooms from the living areas, and the kitchen was so well equipped!

New property, good location, little dirty.

It's a new home, large size. Tiled throughout so nice and cool. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. Only one toilet and bathroom as listed as owner locks off master bedroom with ensuite. Would be good with a second toilet, but it is as listed so can't mark it down. The only draw back is the cleaning service either is poor or doesn't happen. Some of the departure tasks suggest no cleaning occurs between guests, the rugs where covered in dust and what looked like cat hair. Set off everyone's hay fever. A few beds clearly had not been washed. The BBQ is unusable due to being dirty and growing fungi. Otherwise nice place. if they changed cleaners it would be probably an excellent stay. Was pet friendly but dogs must stay outside, which was well secured and a nice lawn patch for the dogs. No issues there. 5 min walk to the south dog beech. 5 min drive to town and jetty.

Huge, clean and well equipped.

House is just like described. Very comfy (loved the tv room reclining chairs after a big day of sailing and swimming). Everything you need is there and of good quality. Stayz describes that bedding is not supplied and to bring own or organise with owner. I did not organise with owner neither is there any settings on stayz to select bedding. When we arrived there was bedding and only then did I see when looking at invoice we were charged for linen. Make sure to clarify this with owner. Also be aware there is extra charge for more than two people. Josie was immediate to respond to messages and allowed us to leave late on the day we checked out. This made up for bedding miscommunication. House is close to Island point and from there we Kayaked to Boulanger island. Quick drive also to boatramp on other side of Jurien where we could launch our boat. Great weekend. Thanks Josie.
