About this property

Westlake Holiday Cottage

Come and visit a relaxed beach town 2.5 hours north of Perth - a great surfing and fishing spot as well as water and wind sports including sky diving and windsurfing.

There are plenty of places to ask for tourist advice around town with many attractions close by including the famous Pinnacles (30 minutes), Stockyard Gully Caves (40 minutes) and Sandy Cape (20 minutes).

Enjoy a relaxing stay at our recently renovated holiday cottage - 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with open plan living area. Fully furnished for your convenience (bedding can be made available on request). LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED BUT CAN BE AT A FEE $15 for queen and $10 for single bed. Please advise if linen is required and will advise the total fee.

Centrally located on a quiet street but a short stroll to all amenities you need as well as the beach and parks.

Large rear secure yard fully enclosed so bring your family pets along (outside only please). Built in BBQ with a wash down area for your fishing catch! Plenty of parking for cars and additional space for a boat
Separate Freezer for use along with full size fridge in the fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine also provided for use during your stay.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the serenity our home offers.

Children under 12 can stay for free.

**No schoolies bookings. Unfortunately we do not allow bookings of groups of under 25 years old.** NOTE An additional cleaning fee will be added if the premises are left untidy( dishes not washed and put away,bench tops not cleaned and if pets are let inside the house)

The property was well equipped. Having a large enclosed yard was amazing for our dog. The location was perfecf, only a couple streets from the beach and town.

Weekend Stay

The location for us was great. The house was very old, but neat and reasonably tidy. However the cold water in kitchen didn't work and you could only use one bathroom at a time otherwise you lost water pressure. The steps at the front of house are very old, need replacing and a hand rail would be useful. For the price we would possibly stay again.

Annual Lawn Bowls Carnival

We have stayed at this property for a number of years when attending the bowls carnival. Excellent location, clean and well equipped. Suits our needs very well. Hosts are great to communicate with.

Dog friendly, well located, comfortable house

Huge, dog friendly garden, easy access to town and the beach, comfortable. It was a struggle to cool down the house enough in the heat wave, but so has every other place I've stayed in at Jurien, which meant we went to the beach more. Good curtains allowed us to sleep in in the mornings. Nice big outdoor space with the bbq and dogs. It was a great house.

Family getaway

Pros... The stay was clean, quiet & convenient. Close to the beach & riding distance to main jetty. Cons... Not much grass, a lot of bindees & its not small dog friendly as had to keep them tethered so they didnt pick up the prickles. The BbQ was not cleaned properly.

Our stay was very relaxing for the 2 days we were there.House was lovely plenty of room the only thing was as a person who has just had a hip replacement lounge was very comfortable but very low.

House smelt pretty bad, like old mouldy carpet. Maybe that was why there were at least five air fresheners placed around - which, to be honest, made it smell worse. Cheap fragrance over old smells. Also, it’s Winter. There were no blankets in the house. Bed was made up with one light, summer bedspread. That’s it. Luckily I had a blanket in the car. Two stars because my dog was allowed outside

House very clean and comfortable. Could not fault presentation with exception of cold water tap in kitchen being jammed and hard to turn. Feel that the front steps need a hand rail as very dangerous for elderly people. Had a very enjoyable time
