Ask a questionAbout helen & bryan frost
Helen was a very well know florist in Melbourne and together we had a superb florist shop in South Melbourne Retiring to Trentham some 15 years ago having owned a house here for 25 years Our current home we built 6 years ago to our specifications - it is elegant light and warm and is surrounded by a lovely garden I came to Australia in 1954 from Devon - having trained in horticulture at Bicton College I was at school at Wellington Somerset and my family have a large farm in Devon (the Family have been there since early 1400s) We are very much part of the Trentham community and are volunteers at the local hospital
helen & bryan frost purchased this Bed & breakfast in 2013
Why helen & bryan frost chose Trentham
We are situated just 200 meters from the main Street - an easy walk to restaurants and hotels! The house is warm and comfortable and ideal for a short or long break - total privacy is yours We love gardening and cooking and often feed our guests! Wineries and nurseries are close along with good walking tracks - Trentham Falls and a superb Golf Course Trentham has an abundance of great eating houses and is close to wineries galleries and of course great walking trails
What makes this Bed & breakfast unique
We have been noted for our hospitality and gourmet breakfasts - love a glass of wine and a chat!! Charlie - our beloved dog is completely friendly - he particularly loves children The property is also pet friendly (small - dogs)by arrangement - we have even had a rabbit stay!! We are warmed by a beautiful Aga stove - such a delight on which to cook (British Racing Green!!)
