JJ's Beach house- Goolwa Beach

Located 5-10 min walk to Goolwa Beach. Shopping is nearby.
The house is bright and spacious. Unwind and relax with the family or friends. Hear the sea waves crash on the shore.

Open plan living with all that you need to have a relaxing stay. TV/DVD/Ipod dock.
Table setting for 6, extendable to seat 8.
Reverse cycle Aircon.
Back Balcony with landscape views and barbecue setting.
All bedrooms have built in robes and new carpets.
Master bedroom has Queen bed, second bedroom has double bed.
Third bedroom has trundle and single.
Matching Pillows and Doonas supplied. ( sheets & Towels not provided) we can organise a linen service at extra cost please advise if linen is required.


Reserve is near to the house.
Activities:
Water sports, Swimming, Fishing, Bike riding and surfing.
Nature walks through the various trails along coast line.
Golf courses at Goolwa and Victor Harbour.
Hindmarsh island is only a 10min car ride.
Enjoy the Sunday morning market which is held at the Wharf side.
Eat at the many restaurants around the town.
Take a morning walk along the beach to the Bombora Cafe at Goolwa Beach.
Surfing lessons are available.

Super location for accessing the beach, lovely spacious and elevated verandah out the back with good sized and well-maintained garden. Good cleanliness and all needs catered for.

Great stay had everything we needed

Great property, lovely big lounge, snuggly throws, log burner with firewood (we didn’t need it) spilt system kept us toasty, TV had all the streaming apps unlocked which was fantastic, very comfy bed and so so quiet, lovely outdoor deck and garden, might be a little far for some to walk to Main Street but we like to walk, highly recommend and would stay again. Didn’t want to leave

Such a beautiful house with a huge backyard and deck area for kids to run around and play. Had many dinners sitting outside and early morning coffees. It is really equipped with everything you could possibly need, especially with a family. Close to everything and walking distance to beach. Loved it so much we extended our stay.

Great Family stay

This property is beautifully presented, with lots of little touches, we had chocolates and wine there for when we arrived and coffee, tea and some toiletries. House was very tidy and clean and it was perfect for our family of four but you could easily have another child there as there was a trundle in one of those rooms. We could hear the ocean from outside and it is a 8-10 mins walk to the beach. Great undercover area out the back with views of the hills. Perfect stay

Relaxing Easter Weekend

Spacious and well equipped property in an ideal location. Excellent communication with owner. The bottle of wine was a lovely welcome gift and we were pleasantly surprised that we could check out later in the day. No WiFi meant we could not use the Smart TV but we enjoyed a relaxing time and loved the chess table and large chess pieces... though I lost twice to my daughter !

A pleasant place for a short visit

We stayed here two nights and we’re generally happy with the place. The only drawbacks were the lack of internet access and that we had to supply our own sheets (which we missed in the online listing). The kitchen also has a bit of an ant problem. It was otherwise clean and pleasant, and communication from the property manager was good.

Thank you for your review. We did notice the ant issue and it has been attended too hot weather does have affect on ants. It’s a shame you didn’t communicate this during your stay as we would have been happy to attend to it straight away. No internet is also listed on the web site. We can organise sheets for Guests if requested. Due to COVID we stopped supplying sheets. We recommend a linen service in Victor Harbor who are very good. Kind Regards Tania

Perfect little holiday home for Chrissy

JJ’s was perfect for our little Chrissy holiday in Goolwa. It’s in an ideal location, close to beaches and the main strip and the highway to surrounding towns. Everything you could need was there. Generous deck and backyard. Tania was extremely helpful in the lead up too. Would stay again.
