Ocean Grange was a great place for us to stay. Plenty of space for two families with various ages. The property is in an amazing location and had everything thing we needed, everything worked. Dave was an excellent host, communication was easy and he took the trouble to come out and help us with bags and shopping when we arrived. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
A group of family and friends enjoyed 4 fabulous nights at Ocean Grange recently. The property is outstanding. The main house is beautifully equipped with a commercial kitchen and everything you could require to cater for a group of 15. It’s a fantastic set up for groups with separate spaces which are well connected. We enjoyed lots of beach walks, swimming (well some of us!), games and it is the perfect setting for solving the problems of the world!! David was the perfect host going above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and I’m sure we will return.
Beautiful property in an amazing location, lots of room for extended family to either be together or to spread out for time alone. David was a great help and provided a tour of property to get us settled. We all had an amazing week.
The accommodation was like a large family home with a great atmosphere. There were plenty of communal spaces as well as private areas both inside and out for the 15 guests. Attractive surrounds allowed easy access to both beach and lake. A unique location with boat access adding to the enjoyment.
Overall we had a great time and we would recommend Ocean Grange to others.
We chose Ocean Grange as it was one of very few places that could accommodate our group of 14 people - 6 couples and 2 single guys. It met all our expectations- with great standard of accommodation, good facilities, room to spread out and relax, 90 mile beach about 100m away, fishing, kayaking etc. The boat trip from Paynesville to Ocean Grange was an adventure in itself. David was a pleasure to deal with as we were forced to juggle dates due to COVID restrictions. Would definitely like to return one day.

The tribe stayed at Ocean Grange.
Ocean Grange we found to be a special place. Large enough for our tribe,
and could take a few more. Facilities really suited us...two professional chefs in the family sorted the very good set up kitchen. Four grandchildren and two dogs all happy.
lovely long table for special Easter sunday lunch. We hired a boat to take us all and adventured every day. Amazed at the book collection.loved it.

Breathtakingly beautiful!
We spent four amazing nights at the beautiful Ocean Grange homestead. The location is magnificent and the house itself is a real treasure trove. Plenty to keep us entertained from books, games, swimming pool, kayaks, canoes, fishing gear and the pristine 90 mile beach. During meal times, our large group of 20 people made the most of the industrial kitchen, cool room and super sized dining table! We felt right at home at this house, which is made for entertaining and relaxing!

Breathtakingly beautiful
We stayed four amazing nights at Ocean Grange. Approaching the homestead by boat, we were met by our amazing host, David, who helped us unload our luggage and drove it up to the homestead (which is 50m from the lake). David gave us a tour of the house, which is made up of three seperate houses linked by verandas, before leaving us to explore the house and begin our amazing stay. The house itself is a treasure trove. Sleeping up to 22 people, the house has a huge kitchen and dining area which is perfect for large groups. The kitchen has everything, including a walk in cool room! The kids enjoyed playing in the pool, cubby house while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor furniture. The beach is only a short 2 minute walk away, through the back gate and over the sand dunes. We made use of the kayaks, canoes, fishing, beach and pool equipment (which were all free to use)! Although we had amazing weather during our stay, there was plenty to do inside if the weather had turned sour. Heaps of books, toys and board games to keep the whole family entertained. We can't wait to come back to this beautiful property!
