The Quindy, family beach house
“The Quindy” is the classic Aussie beach holiday house, and perfect for an affordable family holiday. This charming home is situated, on a quiet tree lined street, and less than a 2 min walk to the beautiful swimming beach at Quindalup.
Surrounded by peppermint trees and wildlife at your doorstep, with Toby Inlet opposite the driveway, this house is ideal for those wanting to enjoy peaceful serenity. This light, cosy and welcoming holiday house allows you to relax on holiday, with its "home away from home" feel.
The Quindy is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with room for up to 6 guests. There are 2 main bedrooms both furnished with Queen beds with ceiling fans, closet space, bedding and towels provided.
The third bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds, perfect for children to enjoy their holidays together.
The property has one bathroom with a corner “step in” bath and shower, and a separate WC, along with a second WC and wash basin. The laundry is well equipped with washing machine, dryer, trough, ironing board and iron.
The large open kitchen, dining and living area is a light space with high, pitched ceilings. Full length windows and glass sliding doors open out onto the shady grassed yard, paved BBQ and outdoor dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stovetop, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer (second fridge in the laundry), microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
Reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans makes for a comfortable space in the living area, regardless of the season, along with a wood fire for the winter months.
The long leather lounges call for a good book, or a catch up on a movie you’ve been meaning to watch (TV and DVD player in this space).
This house is ideal for families, couples and friends with superb beaches, boat ramps, cycle path and kids playgrounds all on your doorstep: a truly relaxing and refreshing spot to enjoy your next holiday.

What's Included?
All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). All of our accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee & sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). We provide these items to help kick-start your holiday in a stress-free way, but guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything they should require beyond the starter pack provided.
During winter months, we provide some complimentary wood, kindling, matches and fire lighters for houses with indoor fire places. Guests requiring more wood for their stay - or wishing to use the fire outside of winter months - will need to purchase their own, available at local service stations and hardware stores.
