Our unit is located in Kihei Kai Nani on the 1st floor, Unit #147 of Building 6 facing the Pool. There is also a Ocean View from this Unit.

Located just steps from Kamaole II beach, this one bedroom, ground-floor unit has all new bedroom furniture with queen size memory foam mattress. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom have all been recently renovated.

The unit's central location is ideal for travelers interested in all of Maui’s scenic attractions. Miles of golden sandy beaches, world championship golf in Wailea, Mount Haleakala, and Molokini Crater are all easily accessible.

This ground floor unit has an excellent view of the pool and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Kamaole I & II, two of Maui’s most beautiful golden sandy beaches, are located just steps away. The Kamaole Beaches are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, scuba, whale watching, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, sunbathing, etc. After a great day of beach fun, relax with your favorite beverage with views of the ocean enjoy a beautiful Hawaiian sunset.

Located on six acres of Polynesian gardens, the condo is situated in a quiet area of the complex near the pool. Relax on the private lanai and enjoy the song birds, coconut palms, tropical flowers, and plumeria trees.

The large pool area is ideal for cooling off, or just relaxing and soaking up some rays. Gas BBQ’s, picnic tables & shuffleboard are provided for your enjoyment at no additional charge.

Wonderful unit - Everything you need

Although our trip was short, we had a wonderful time. the unit was clean and had everything you could need. The location is very close to the pool and overlooks it and close to the grills on site. Will stay here again for sure!!!

Amazing Stay

My husband and I stayed here for our babymoon and it was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the check in process was very easy with kind office staff. The view was beautiful, easy access to the pool and beach with necessary amenities for both. I have stayed before at Kihei Kai Nani and already love the location but this is our first time at this unit and we will definitely book through this owner for future stays!

My stay

Over all condo was perfect and location was as well. Ground floor and pool view was very nice as well. BBQ area for public is was all new BBQs and close to the condo . My only request for the condo to maybe have is some Tommy Bahama beach chairs as they are easy to carry and nice for the beach. Other than that they did have some full size beach chairs which worked well and good .The entire place had a Christmas pot luck dinner , where everyone who signed up brought a dish or two . Was actually fun and a perfect set up and opportunity to have Xmas dinner and meet some people . 5 stars . Would for sure stay again.

Perfect location for a Maui adventure

We truly enjoyed our stay at Ally’s condo. It was the perfect location for exploring Maui. We LOVED the location, right off the beach. The beach right by Ally’s is very popular for sunset, and we had a front row seat every day. The condo itself is minimalist, which was fine for us as we were rarely there. It had everything we needed to serve as a home base. Breakfast places and grocery were all in walking distance. We had many of dinners in Wailea, which was a very close drive. Definitely recommend this place as a budget friendly option if traveling to Maui.

Why they chose this property

Kihei Kai Nani has an outstanding location, directly across from Kamaole II beach, rated one of the top 10 beaches on Maui by the well-respected Maui Revealed travel guide. The beach has lovely golden sand and is both wide and long with a good snorkeling reef at its end. If you walk 3 minutes, you are on Kama'ole III, another very long, beautiful beach! Both beaches have lifeguards during daytime and are nice and shallow for families. If you are a walker or jogger, there is a pathway connecting the beaches from Kama'ole II all the way do Wailea (2 miles one way). What a lovely and exhilarating walk! From Kihei Kai Nani, you are able to stay in a comfortable unit at an affordable price, be minutes from a lovely beach and steps from a great pool, while being minutes drive or walk away from ritzy Wailea, the best of both worlds
