The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a gorgeous harbour park just steps away. Balmain is a charming, historic, older Sydney suburb on the harbour and close to the city. The many heritage-listed buildings and unique location are part of what makes this suburb so sought after. Balmain has a long history of bohemian art & culture and the streets are buzzing with activity and life. Boasting world-class restaurants, hotels, cafes, art galleries, markets and much, much more, it is treasure trove of things to do and see.
Transport: Located within easy distance to the wharf where there are ferries to the city - a great way to see Sydney Harbour - frequent buses are also minutes away on Darling St., going to the city and various other Sydney locations.
Stay in: The freshly updated, spacious and light apartment with open plan living area, air conditioning , comfortable sofas and lovely, small sunny garden at entry with easy street access (3 steps).
A large, quiet and generous-sized bedroom with a very comfortable, queen size bed and luxurious linen looks out onto a private inner courtyard.
Ample storage, plus a desk, means you'll have plenty of room to spread out, and will have everything you'll require - especially if you need to do some work during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, etc. as well as essential pantry items, tea, coffee etc.
All linen and towels are provided.
Wi-Fi means you can stay connected, and there is a TV and DVD player..
Note: The apartment is part of a larger home, but is fully private with its own access directly from the street, so you can come and go as you please with no interaction with the residents necessary. There is street parking available.
The apartment is in a residential area with lovely neighbours, so respect in this regard is appreciated. Strictly no parties of any kind, no smoking inside, and no pets.

Weekends: (Fri/Sat night): 2 nights
Long Weekends minimum: 3 nights
Easter Good Friday - Monday: 4 night minimum
PREMIUM PERIODS: 7 night minimum (unless by prior agreement with owner) - Premium Periods include School Holidays/Christmas/ New Year Holiday Period
CANCELLATION POLICY: Strictly 2 weeks notice, in writing, for weekend bookings.
1 month notice is required in writing, for longer stays.
For school holiday periods, public holidays, Easter and Christmas, a minimum 6 weeks written notice is required, and additionally, an alternative booking for the same period must be received for a full refund to be given. No exceptions will be allowed.
