Its the perfect location for your families retreat with a patrolled beach and bus stops a short stroll away.

Unit 2/93 The Parade, Ocean Grove.....
Welcoming and well-lit, this double storey home boasts an open plan kitchen/living/dining area, main queen bedroom & ensuite downstairs, whilst upstairs features an additional open plan living tv area, a further 2 bedrooms- Queen & Single with an adjoining bathroom, shower and toilet.

Comfort is guaranteed during your Summer or Winter escape, this well appointed immaculate home is air conditioned and heated throughout.

Outdoors offers a paved bar-b-que area surrounded by manicured lawns, a quiet, private escape for you to enjoy in the heart of Ocean Grove.
(At this point in time 'Gable Grove' does not accommodate any pets.)

For your convenience each bed has a Doona, Doona Cover, Pillows, Pillow and mattress protectors provided. Please BYO bed linen -bottom & top sheet & pillow cases- unless you would like us to provide bed linen for an additional charge of $20.00 per person- please advise us no later than 2 weeks prior to your stay.

Whilst we encourage guests to BYO Bath towels/mats, these too can be provided for an additional charge of $15.00 per person- please advise us no later than 2 weeks prior to your stay.

Ocean Grove precinct ticks all the boxes for the active at heart- In addition to the surrounding family & surf beaches it also boasts the Bellarine Aquatic & Sports Centre with heated pools, Football/Netball clubs, Gyms, Golf club, Tennis courts, Bowling club, Walking trails, Horse riding and Victoria’s biggest water theme park.

Great stay

It was a great property, close to everything, house is like a home away from home. It has well equipt kitchen, and nice outdoor setting to sit and relax. Overall, well recommended property.

Great Location

We had a great stay at Gable Grove. The location was very central and right around the corner from a great park which my 2 year old loved. The house was absolutely spotless and very spacious with a good sized back yard.

Beautiful Holiday House,

We loved the house plan. For four adults and a three year old. We used the laundry tub to bath the toddler. Only missing some books and kids toys. Otherwise BYO. Every thing else is PERFECT. We will stay again and again and again

Great location in Ocean Grove

We had a great stay in this very comfortable house in Ocean Grove that had all the facilities we needed, including excellent air conditioning on a 38 degree day.The house shares the site with another house but is at the rear so was very quiet at night.Our host was REALLY helpful in assisting us with a problem we had at our end with our email address. This involved contacting Stayz on our behalf - it was very much appreciated! Many thanks Cherie - we had a great stay.

Comfortable home in a great location

Cheries home is absolutely gorgeous. The beds are far more comfortable than what we find in our usual travels and the home itself is really lovely.I found the VRBO app came with its challenges and for this reason, check in was quite difficult for us. It would have been better if the details we needed to access the property were emailed rather than needing to log in to the app and find the information you need to get the key from the lockbox (every time i tried the app said "page not found")However this isnt the owners fault by any means and their home was better than expected.Its in a great location, walking distance to shops, beach and parks. There was no wi-fi at the home, which was disappointing, but otherwise your every comfort will be catered to here.

Suberb!

Cherie is a fabulous host. The property is immaculate and you can't get a better location. Great for 2 couples as there are 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms. Nice outdoor space to enjoy a cup of tea, a glass of wine and BBQ. Walk everyone you need to only ..... 2 minutes to the main street! If you're heading to Ocean Grove, do yourself a favour and book this place!

Clean and neat, and so near to amenities.

The property is very clean and neat, with 3 good size bedrooms. Near to amenities, Coles, restaurants, beach, all within walking distance. We were planning to have BBQ on the 2nd night, but being winter, it got dark early, and there wasn't good lighting at the BBQ pit. Ended up cooking those BBQ food instead. Would be good if the area is better lit. Will book again in future if going that way.

Great Ocean Grove Location

The house is wonderful - clean, easily accessible, and the owner has provided everything you need. The only small downside was there is no Wi-Fi (which didn't both us adults, but the kids were annoyed). Otherwise it was a great place to stay - absolutely recommend!

Perfect location in Ocean Grove

This property was as described. Great location with a major supermarket only a short distance away and the main street only slightly further. The interior was clean, roomy and came with modern appliances. Parking virtually outside the front door. Bedding was comfortable and the bathrooms were a good size. Highly recommended.
