Beautiful quiet riverfront property overlooking the stunning Murray River with private deck. Located 10km from the township of Waikerie and 40km from Barmera.

With lots to keep you occupied within the Riverland, whether it be wine tasting, horse riding, water activities or sightseeing you can be busy or just sit and relax and watch the world go by.

1 x Port-a-Cot and High Chair Available on Request

All linen and towels are provided.

No Smoking.

Please be aware there are no fences - so please keep a very close eye on little people. Property is a retired farmhouse.

Preferably No Pets - Allowances can be made in special circumstances. Please contact us first to discuss.

No unauthorised boats or jet skis allowed - you will be asked to remove them from the water and possibly asked to vacate the premises.

Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your security deposit and/or additional payments.

Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guest's responsibility during their stay.

Arrival time is from 2.00pm.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Loss - the owner takes no responsibility for the guest's personal property.
