Great location with a great view
The apartment was in a great spot at Surfers Paradise. Close to the beach and shops. Views of the ocean were unobstructed.

Fantastic apartment!!!!
This apartment is beautiful. It is very clean. The location is fantastic and Belinda is excellent to communicate with. The price was reasonable as well. It was not noisy whatsoever, the rooms are spacious with room darkening curtains. The elevators are quick too.
Such a nice and convenient spot for an apartment - so close to beach and centre of Surfers Paradise. Bit of a shame that we weren’t let know of the pool reconstruction and therefore was not in use. However overall there were stunning views, lovely bedrooms, 100% would book again.

Great location
Really great location, the view was the best thing about this unit.
The dishes in the cupboard were pretty dirty and the dishwasher could use an upgrade. Otherwise, fairly happy with our stay.
Breezy Check-in and check out close to property - We have stayed in this building different floor before through GCHS -theyre great!
Beautiful views from the 11th floor in this spacious apartment. The kids loved being so close to the water and the 3 pools, and we appreciated the convenience to shops, trams and supermarkets.
There were some minor issues with Belinda sorted everything with a quick phone call. Impressive service.
Looking forward to coming back in December.
This apartment was every bit as true as the photos portrayed - beautiful decor and very comfortable. The ocean side view was superb and location was so handy to Cavill Place and Surfers Paradise and to light rail link.
Really a wonderful well located property. Very clean. Owners make it very easy to get in, even after hours. Views are great and building is easy to get into. Stayed here right after a similar property in Cairns and this one seemed a little more dated. Understandable as it is older and proced higher due to location. More balcony furniture would be better, makes it hard to enjoy what is really one of the most appealing aspects of this unit. It's nice to have parking, but the space allocated is really, really tight between 2 pillars. Renters should be told it's best for small cars only. Location is very close to many amenities. The building amenities are a little lacking, the outdoor spa was cold and the indoor was only luke warm. For winter stays these should be addressed. Obviously property owner has limited control over building amenities, but should pass on feedback and expect her Facilities are kept up to par. We didn't need kitchen so didn't use. On of the bedroom is a little on the small side and it makes it difficult for international travelers that have large luggage. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend this property for those looking for a few nights in a wonderful location.

Best holiday unit for a family of 5 !!!
We were so happy with our apartment, so spacious and everything we needed! The facilities available were outstanding and we were so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants not to mention the spectacular views from every room!!!! Would highly recommend this apartment as it is within walking distance to everything i mentioned.

Lovely unit with fantastic view.
We had a great weekend in Surfers Paradise for the Gold Coast Marathon Festival. The unit was everything we needed, in a great location and beautiful views of the ocean. Thanks Belinda and the staff at Raine and Horne for making our stay at the Gold Coast so easy and enjoyable.

Perfect beachside getaway
The unit and the complex are well maintained and perfectly located. The view is amazing. The booking agent was great to deal with and within a quick walk from the unit for key collection and drop off. We had an absolutely perfect sty and wil definitely be back.
