Centrally located, and within close proximity to Ipswich City Central and the University of Southern Queensland's Ipswich campus. Contains everything to make your stay to be home away from home. Close to a shopping village with Coles. Excellent communication from the hosts. Highly recommended
The communication from the host was great, very prompt and quick. Overall the stay with ok. The unit wasn't very clean and the curtains in the main bedroom had holes through them which meant the light came in very early.

Thanks Joanne, so glad you enjoy your stays at Rosehill. You're always welcome. Thank you for leaving the unit so tidy. Cheers Roz
This place was fantastic to stay, very beautiful little hidden gem right in Ipswich.
So close to everything.
Very accepting of fur kids and our two dogs had a fantastic few days with plenty of grass to run around on.
Would definitely stay there again😁
Great stay. Comfortable, clean everything you need for a great stay. Felt like home. Perfect bed. Great views. Thanks Roz

Lovely to hear you all enjoyed the stay Catherina and had everything you needed. Have to agree the views are great and there's always a cooling breeze in the afternoons. Hope we get to host you again some time. Roz
It was very close to my friends son place. It was great to hear the birds and the kookaburra in the early morning. It was close to outskirts of the city centre. It was a beautiful wedding.
A quiet and ideal place with wonderful landlords . Sit on the deck and watch the sunrise. It has everything you need for a few days or for a few weeks .
Not posh so youre not paying for unwanted frills and 100% clean and tidy .
The only thing I would say was 4.9/5.0 was the pressure of the shower.
Highly recommended and would stay again.
Fairly basic but comfortable unit in a quiet cul-de-sac
Tucked away at the back of the property it was a secluded and quiet place making it a comfortable stay. Great communication with the owner which made it easy. It's fairly dated and there was some minor cleaning overlooked but you can tell the property is well maintained. We had everything we needed including a great aircon to warm the place on the cold evenings. Some construction next door which woke us up but looked to be a short term build. A short walk to Queens Garden, apx 15min walk to the supermarket, 25 min walk to the Ipswich train station and 35 min walk to Riverlink Mall.

Ok, but missing Wi-Fi the whole time. The hard part is that they have had problems a week befor.
They should have let us know we would not have regular Wi-Fi use while there. So I feel a bit frustrated about that. And very lacking in towels, one hand towel for two adults does not cut it. They need to have more towels there on stand by.
The garden was lovely and overall ok to stay in.

Laurie,
Yes we did have problems the previous week and all was fixed by the technicians that came to the unit. I'm sorry that I couldn't foresee there would be another storm that interrupted the service again. It does help if you don't turn off the modem though.
I can see it was an enormous problem for you as you had come from overseas.
Towels. The greeting message notes there are extra towels in the laundry cupboard. Extra hand towels, bath mats, bath towels and tea towels. We communicated several times during your stay and not once did you mention that you were needed more hand towels. I would have been more than happy to deliver.
Many thanks for your feedback
Roz
Great unit, clean, tidy and in the best location, close to everything in Ipswich, Roz was awesome and let us in a little early which we appreciated so very much! Will be visiting again!
We stay here quite a bit; and it's always at the same consistently high standard, it's in an easy out of the way location and easy to check in and out.
