The Dairy at Marangan - self contained riverside retreat

Located on the edge of the Broken River, The Dairy is a beautiful riverside retreat like no other.

Featured in Country Style magazine, this old red brick dairy has been transformed into a comfortable home with modern conveniences and plenty of rustic charm.

The Dairy boasts two lovely outdoor areas perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the North East of Victoria.

Only 2kms from the heart of Benalla where you will find the highly regarded regional Art Gallery, lakeside walks and bike paths, great cafes, restaurants, specialty stores and many other attractions. Benalla is also the home of some world class street art.

Close to Winton Motor Raceway, the State Gliding Centre and the Winton Wetlands there are activities for everyone. A short drive will also have you in the heart of the King Valley Wine District or in Mansfield on the doorstep of the High Country.

The home sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. At present the sleeping configuration is:
Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 - 2 King Singles (or 1 King Bed made up on request)
Bedroom 3 - 2 Singles

As The Dairy is located on a working farm with no fenced yard we are unable to accommodate pets at this time. The home is also unsuitable for small children with the staircase and mezzanine room.

In terms of location The Dairy at Marangan is truly one of a kind. Surrounded by farmland it is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway but still less than 3 minutes to the CBD, 5 minutes to the airfield and 15 minutes to Winton Motor Raceway.
