This house was amazing in an awesome location. All facilities were provided and extremely clean. The host was easy to deal with and extremely helpful.. We rate this place highly and would recommend to anyone…
This property is amazing for large family’s or groups of friends -right on the beach, plenty of space with 3 separate lounges, pool with spa, ample secure parking and the Host, Amanda was fantastic. The house was so well equipped, safe for kids & dogs, and great for walks along the beach to the village or plenty of wineries as well as Point Lonsdale, Port Arlington, Queenscliff, Barwon Heads in easy reach. We loved our stay here.
What a beautiful home in the most amazing location we had a perfect stay. Just so relaxing with everything you need to have a memorable experience with our family.
Great property, great location we enjoyed our stay at St Leonards. Visited many nearby towns. We enjoyed great food and a few drinks with much chatter and a lot of reminiscing. We made some more great memories.

Greatly appreciate how perfect you left our home on departure
This is a spectacular property right on the beach, beautifully decorated and very spacious. Fabulous kitchen. The property host was also excellent, and made sure the property was 100% ready for our group. Highly recommend it.

Thanks Lucy it was a pleasure having you and your family
We had a fabulous time staying at this house. The house is so well designed and the view amazing. The kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable and amenities great. There was something for every member of the 3 generations of our family that stayed. The communication with the owner was easy and prompt.
The photos of this property are impressive and led to us booking this beautiful home for a week but upon entering the property and the house itself you get a wonderful surprise that rarely happens and that is that the house and location far exceeds the pictures.Everything has been considered, and we didn't want for anything. Absolutely stunning, Bravo!!
It's high quality property with homely feel to it in private setting. Every thing you need and wish for great relaxing time is available for extended family.
We highly recommend this property in every season of the year.
Fabulous for a work conference or a large family group
The minute we walked in we felt at ease and knew we were in for a wonderful few days. The purpose of our trip was a management conference. This lovely home was ideal. Plenty of space, plenty of rooms, a well stocked pantry (although we did bring our own things we were surprised at how much was available to us) and lets not forget the view! Highly recommended.
This property met all our expectations and more.
Beautifully appointed, clean and spacious, our large extended family were able to relax and enjoy the unique location of absolute beach frontage
There is no denying that this property is not your average holiday house. Its enormous. Its beautifully kitted out. Its spotless. Yes we all dreamed of owning it. Its a great venue for a large family gathering. The beach is literally right at your front door. The living zones are large and super comfy. Beds are great. Amenities as you would expect.
My ONLY criticisms would be :
A: The 2 glamour features of the property - the hot tub and the pool were basically off limits due to a faulty heater. Not the first time this has happened i suspect.
B: Not related to the property in any way - the booking process for me was very tedious - out of date info, bookings not processed properly, multiple attempts to get the booking made. Refund of the hefty ($1k) deposit was pretty slow as well. No reason that should be happening.
Look - its a killer house and im really glad we booked it. Some great memories made. Dont regret it at all. Just check the pool works.
This beautiful property is warm and cosy in winter. Huge windows frame the bay perfectly. My first visit with friends led to this second stay with family. The cleverly designed home accommodates all ages and striking decorative touches make quite an impact. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. The booking and arrangements all worked seamlessly. We feel privileged to have shared family time in this impressive welcoming home. The location and facilities are superb, presentation is immaculate.

Fantastic house on beachfront with views
This beautifully maintained house is perfect for large groups, it is right on the beachfront in a nice quiet location. The kitchen has all top class amenities, spacious rooms with lots of nooks and crannies for guests to escape to. Well stocked with books, games, play equipment for children. We enjoyed the large pool and spa to relax in. I would highly recommend Amanda's house to anyone looking for that absolute getaway.

we are a large family from Melbourne and we chose quiet beautiful St Leonards 15 years ago for our beachside holiday retreat. as our children are growing and we don't get down to the property as often we wanted to open up our home for many to enjoy
Why they chose this property
St Leonards is a beautiful quiet sea side village. wonderful coffee shops, a well stocked IGA, great take away food shops and a pub to sit out in the beer garden and enjoy the ocean view on sunny summer days. many coastal towns and wineries all within 20mins drive from the property
What makes this property unique
There is no other property like this to rent in the area. we have direct beach access, pool/spa with ocean views, 7 spacious bedrooms and a kitchen and dining area fully equipped and with the most beautiful ocean views
