Escape at Nobbys, located at 74 Pacific Drive, Port Macquarie, offers spacious, fully self-contained three-bedroom beachside accommodation directly opposite beautiful Nobbys Beach.

Each Beach House sleeps up to six guests, with two queen beds and two long single beds, and offers beautiful ocean views towards Crescent Head and Point Plomer.

Less than 4km from the Port Macquarie town centre and just metres from beautiful beaches, surf breaks and coastal walks, with shops, cafes and restaurants also within walking distance.

——— THE BEACH HOUSE ———

Upstairs you'll find a spacious open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and private master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite.

The living and dining area opens onto a large second-floor outdoor entertaining deck with electric BBQ and beautiful ocean views – a wonderful spot to relax, dine outside and enjoy the coastal outlook.

Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, a full-size bathroom and rumpus room. Each Beach House also has three toilets, an internal laundry, outdoor shower, private patio and secure garden.

Reverse-cycle air conditioning is provided in the upstairs living area, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

A remote-controlled double garage provides secure parking with direct access to the house.

We want you to relax and enjoy your stay. Professional cleaning after your stay is INCLUDED in the nightly rate, and bed linen and bath towels are supplied for all guests. Simply BYO beach towels.

We ask that you leave the Beach House in a tidy condition – for example, food removed from the refrigerator, dishwasher stacked and turned on, and rubbish and recycling placed in the outside bins.

Excessive mess or damage may result in an additional cleaning or repair fee.

Escape at Nobbys properties are fully self-catering and are not serviced during your stay. If you would like the Beach House cleaned or linen and towels refreshed during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional charge.

No smoking inside the Beach Houses
No pets
No parties, Schoolies or Bucks weekends

Bookings cannot be made online for same-day arrival. We require at least one day's notice.

All Sunday and Public Holiday arrivals MUST be confirmed prior to arrival with our Property Managers, Lifestyle Port Macquarie, during office hours to guarantee and confirm access to the property.

A $60 booking fee is charged by our Property Managers, Lifestyle Port Macquarie, and applies to all bookings.

All bookings are subject to a $500 Security Bond.

——— EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT ———

Early check-in and late check-out are welcome with prior approval, except during peak holiday periods.

Where there is no guest checking out on the day you arrive or checking in on the day you leave, we are very happy to offer an early check-in or late check-out where possible.

This must be arranged and confirmed with our Property Managers prior to arrival.

——— NO PARTY POLICY ———

Escape at Nobbys has a strict No Party Policy and does not have policies or procedures in place to accommodate the unique requirements of school graduates during the annual Schoolies Week period.

The booking guest must be aged 25 years or older and must be present for the entire booking period.

——— NO PETS ———

Although we love animals, we have a strict No Pets Policy and do not allow pets, including birds, under any circumstances.

We enforce this policy out of consideration for all guests, some of whom may suffer from severe allergies.

——— SECURITY BOND ———

All bookings are subject to a $500 Security Bond charged and refunded by our Property Managers, Lifestyle Port Macquarie.

The booking guest is required to provide our Property Managers, Lifestyle Port Macquarie, with photo identification and complete a booking confirmation form and credit card authority form authorising Lifestyle Port Macquarie to charge $500 to the nominated credit card on the day of arrival (or Friday if arriving on Saturday or Sunday).

The $500 Security Bond will be refunded to the nominated credit card within 7 business days of departure once our cleaners have confirmed that the property was left in good order and all Terms and Conditions of the rental have been met.

Rudeness or abuse of any kind towards Owners, Property Managers, Cleaners, Tradespeople or any other persons associated with the property will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of your booking and eviction from the property.
