Both our Beach Houses capture fantastic views of the ocean and Nobbys headland and provide sublime self catering accommodation for guests who are looking for the ultimate beachside holiday in Port Macquarie.

With private master bedroom, WIR and ensuite upstairs, 2 bedrooms and full size bathroom downstairs, rumpus/family room, 3 toilets and a spacious upstairs living/dining area there is plenty of room to relax. These two houses are located as close as you can get to Nobbys Beach.

Each Beach House has three bedrooms and boasts 2 Queen Beds and 2 Long Single beds and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The fully equipped open plan designer kitchen, dining room and living room open out onto your own private balcony with fabulous ocean views. The living room includes a 40" television, DVD player and Bluetooth stereo system.

Your comfort is assured all year round with reverse cycle air-conditioning in upstairs living area and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and downstairs living area. Your private patio area has an outdoor table and seating allowing you to enjoy a glass of the region's superb wine whilst dining alfresco.

Cooking outdoors is a breeze using the electric BBQ and there is even a secure garden area with room for the children to play in the fully fenced garden while you relax with a book and a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. The secure remote controlled double garage with direct house access and driveway allows ample room to park your car.

Escape at Nobbys is family owned and operated. Five generations of us have been lucky enough to grow up holidaying in this beautiful part of the world and we are so pleased to be able to provide accommodation so that other families now have the opportunity to create their own wonderful Port Macquarie holiday memories. Both our Beach Houses are permanent holiday rentals and are available 365 days a year.

All linen including bath towels is provided (BYO beach towels)

We want you to relax and enjoy your stay – the nightly rate includes professional cleaning after your stay and bed linen and bath towels are supplied for all guests (BYO Beach Towels).

We simply ask that you leave the house in a tidy condition (e.g. food removed from fridge, dishwasher stacked and turned on, rubbish and recycle put in outside bins). Excessive mess or damage may result in an additional cleaning or repair fee.

- No smoking inside houses
- No pets - please don't ask as we have to say NO in consideration of all guests some of who have severe allergies
- No parties, schoolies or Bucks weekends - we are located in a quiet residential area

Bookings cannot be made online for same day arrival. We require one days notice. All Sunday/Public Holiday arrivals MUST be confirmed prior to your arrival with our Property Managers - Lifestyle Port Macquarie during office hours to guarantee and confirm access to the property.

A $60.00 booking fee is charged by our Property Managers - Lifestyle Port Macquarie and applies to all bookings.
All bookings are subject to a $500 Security Bond (See Terms & Conditions for details)

*Early Check-in/Late Check-out welcome with prior approval. As long as there is no-one checking out the day you arrive or checking in the day you leave we are very happy to offer our guests an early Check-in or late Check-out. Please make sure this is arranged and confirmed with our Property Manager prior to your arrival.

Escape at Nobbys properties are fully self-catering and as such are NOT serviced. Should you wish to have your house cleaned or linen and towels refreshed during your stay, this can be arranged for an ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

NO PARTY POLICY

Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy and does not have any policies or procedures in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. Booking guest must be aged 25 years or older and be present for the entire booking period.

NO PETS:

Although we love animals we do have a very strict “No – Pets” policy and do not allow any pets including birds under any circumstance. We must enforce this rule out of the consideration of all guests some of which may suffer from severe allergies.

SECURITY BOND:

All bookings are subject to a $500 security bond and the booking guest is required to provide our Property Managers, Lifestyle Port Macquarie with Photo ID and complete a booking confirmation form and credit card authority form authorizing the amount of $500 to be charged to your credit card on the day you arrive (Friday if arriving on Sat or Sun).

The security bond will be held until it has been confirmed by our cleaners that the property was left in good order and all terms and conditions of the rental have been met. If there is no damage the security deposit amount will be refunded within 7 business days to the credit card provided to our Property Manager, Lifestyle Port Macquarie.

Please be kind. Rudeness or abuse of ANY kind towards Owners, Property Managers, Cleaners, Tradesman or any other persons associated with the property WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and could result in cancellation of your booking and eviction from the property.
