If you are looking for a fabulous family friendly holiday home on a grand scale then this is the holiday house for you. Located in a quiet street close to the Blairgowrie Village, bay and ocean beaches this property sleeps 14 in total and is perfect for 2-3 families or large groups. The home has 5 bedrooms downstairs plus an additional upstairs loft with bedding for an extrea 5 people which would be perfect for the children as well as a separate living area with TV, lounge and air conditioning.
Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area plus a second living area with gas open fireplace, huge hallway, double garage with table tennis table. Out the back there is a large private garden, perfect for back yard cricket plus a decked area with BBQ, outdoor setting and some play equipment for the kids to enjoy.

The above rates relate to peak season (Summer # 1 Rates 24 December - 9 January 2019). Please enquire about our discounted Summer # 2 rates (10 - 31 January 2019). Non-peak periods / weekends also attract different rates.

Spacious and Quiet
4 families shared a week stay and the house accommodated us all. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the bay, walk to beautiful back beach. Short 8 min drive to Rye shops and bay. House kept all ages entertained with Netflix, table tennis, darts, board games, safe and spacious backyard to kick a ball or play bouche. NYE BBQ and marshmallows roasted by the fire pit was perfect. Would stay again.

Satisfactory overall.
There are many positives. Location is good, quiet and and amongst some upmarket properties in the neighbourhood. Easy walk to front and back beaches. It is a large property, 2 living areas downstairs and well sized bedrooms. The lobby upstairs was an excellent living zone doubling as a spare bedroom well utilized by one of our daughters with her husband and 2 kids. We ended up therefore with 2 spare bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and set up. There is a nice backyard and good a BBQ and a great garage with a table tennis table and dart board. An inflatable boat was a bonus for the kids. However, there were a number of negatives. One of the 2 bedrooms was definitely not cleaned when we arrived. We found the blinds VERY difficult to operate up or down. As an owner of a number of rental properties myself, I can confidentally state that these blinds are not good for rental properties and should be changed. Communication with the owner was good and he attended promptly to an issue we had where the previous renter left the rubbish bin in a position away from the main street that the collector failed to collect the rubbish. Overall it was a comfortable and satisfactory stay for an extended or large family.

Great house!
Very roomy and could comfortably accommodate our extended family of varying ages. Air con in the upstairs kids retreat was a godsend as we had hot weather. Ceiling and pedestal fans on the ground floor. Enjoyed our stay!

Good for larger family groups
Bedding was ample and comfortable. Lovely being near the coastal walk. Enjoyed table tennis too. Ideas for improvement are keeping the lawn mowed, having a few stools at the kitchen bench and having a BBQ cleaning brush and wipes.
