On offer is serenity at it’s best. This newly renovated double storey house set on a hill, styled beautifully, bright and spacious is away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and is surrounded by bush land and wildlife.
7 bedroom house. It comfortably sleeps up to 18 people and can accommodate 2 -3 families or a large group of friends.
Upstairs has open kitchen/dining/living room. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry. Bbq and outdoor seating.
Downstairs has a cosier feel.

Only 1.10 hrs drive from Melbourne, 6 minute drive to Peninsula Day Spa, beside golf courses, hot springs, bay and surf beaches. 10 minute drive to Rye shops. Free WiFi and air conditioned throughout. Full linen and bath towels provided but BYO beach towels. Ample parking.
